the telegraph cables connecting skys edge to the outside world, were recently destroyed by an unknown party. as a result, the incoming transmitions have been disrupted, allowing for outgoing messages only.
repair teams report that the relay stations on the borders of skys edge were completely obliterated, leaving only fragments of metal, concrete and underpants. there is no word on how long repairs will take.
naturally, we take this as a sign of aggression, on behalf of the unknown perpetrators.

thank you for your generosity. we believe that the perpetrators are armed with exploding underpants, so that narrows down the list of suspects. its been reported that it will take approx 9 days to repair all the staions, but there's no guarentee that all communications will be restored.

I have exploding underpants, i was the guy who researched them although, hand on heart I was not the one to attack you in this way especially after you have pledged your support sending me 6 million troops in defence of my nation, I shall search for the people who have bought or traded my explosive underpants and hopefully will track down the culprit, also my trades will now be secured to ensure such an event does not happen again. i have been studifying my exhaustive dossier on foreign states. so far, i have found that only a handful of states own the explosive underpants. i recommed that we inva....liberate these countries, to find these underpants of mass disruption

I have friends in high places wich might help "liberate" these countries... can you telegram the names to me and I might pass them on :twisted:

Although we do not wish to see the guilty go unpunished, we think that invasion is too harsh a response. Surely such an act would cripple your economy at it's growing stages.

However, we would not be adverse to a couple of harrassment raids. Perhaps a bombing run, a number of cruise missiles towards strategic targets...that would show the owner of these devious exploding underpants that cutting off external communications is not a laughing matter.

We have mobilized several companies of troops for a possible strike if you discover the culprit.

only two nations have had the explosive underpants sold to them, and one nation captured them during my assault on them, of course i used them on him or her and they managed to capture and disarm a few then took the blue prints.

HOWEVER!! Since then he or her must have sold the blue prints to their only allie The Republic of Foul Mouth as Madeds the nation who captured them is now firmly liberated and under my control after he or her handed over their nation after my last assault.

In conclusion the only nation with the technology without my permission and most likely to use it on my allies is the republic of foul mouth. And guess what they were planning to attack me aswell until another nation told me with just enough time to react before hand.

Unfortunately he or her from foul mouth is not yet destroyed.
