(thats one of the reasons y i started my biochemical weapons program, to minimize the ecological damage bt stil inflict maximum damage upon the enemy by attacking them directly making them all die)

As you've seen, attempting to gain more powerful weapons only increases pressure from other nations, thus by disarming completly, you can remove all of that tension.
