In recent events, our allies have been having much trouble with terrorist factions. Therefore, in response we are establishing the "Terrorist Tactical Unit", an organisation which deals specifically with terrorism. TTU will be given some military power, and the full use of National Security Agency resources. The TTU will exist as long as there is terrorism in the world of Nationstates.
The TTU will be taking actions in the coming months against terrorist forces.
OOC: This is off topic, but how exactly do you declare war on terrorism? It's a concept, you can't declare war on a concept. That's like saying you can declare war on war!

It's not an army, (explective), its a force. Plus I am recovering from a major Terror attack.

Name in the past week when your nation has been attacked by Blitzkrieg.
I cant name a single time I have ever been attacked on my soil peroid(other than my terrorist group, which usually does things for the government and we just blame them). However, standing armies with bliztkrieg tactics are a far graver threat that a few suicide bombers.
