Quite recently, Rebeland has noticed an increased number in commercial, and militant aircraft flying in Militantatopian air space. While there is already a distinguished no fly-zone, I am going to advertise it to the rest of the world. I am making this announcement for the benefit of your nation, I do not want to have to shoot down anyone, but if a non-militantatopian plane is detected it will be eliminated. Good day.

Does this no-fly zone extend into any International Airspace? If so the People's Republic shall not adhere to any illegal claims to international airspace, and will defend our aircraft if necesary.
The no-fly zone only exists in Militantatopian territory, fear not.

Very well. You are free to do what you wish within your borders.
However, it may prove less confrontational to try and escort tresspassers from your airspace, rather than firing on them. For instance some aircraft may have gotten lost, or suffered a technical problem which requires them to land at the nearest airport.
