Ryanania has recieved a threat of nuclear attack from Hirmania. While the various Ryananian intelligence departments unanimously agree that it is higly unlikely that a nation such as Hirmania has intercontinental nuclear capabilities, we have decided not to take any chances. This may become Ryanania's first armed conflict.
To the leader of Hirmania. Ryanania does not take threats of nuclear attacks lightly. We demand that you rescind your threat, and issue a full apology. If you do not acquiesce to these generous demands, we will be forced to take your threat seriously.
