Cayan Intelligence Agency officials conclude the following:

Multiple bombings in Hoko City, Hoko Island, were in fact carried out by a terrorist group calling themselves, The Hoko Liberation Group. This is a small group fighting against the democratic re-union between Cayo and Hoko.

It is also suspected that other nations are suporting and funding this group. Close investigation of national banks shows that the nation of Elizabethstown has transferred large funds into the accounts of suspected HLG members.

CIA operatives also suspect that HLG terror operatives have been in contact with Elizabethstown forces stationed in Samos Island, and may well have recieved arms. So far tests prove that one of the bombs used in the attacks was produced in Elizabethstown.

I demand an immediate explenation from the premier of Elizabeth'stown for their engagement in terrorist activity and undermining of Cayan soverignty!

We cannot tolerate this act of mass murder by another nation!

Cayo did you ever think that these are not terrorist but defenders of freedom. You invaded this island not too long ago and they resisted. They have the right to be free and have thier own nation. Just cause they were formerly part of cayo doesnt give you legal ownership over them. If that was the case look to the real world that must mean britain can claim America as part of britian.

200 of Fneb's finest soldiers, and their FN-03 rifles will be available within the month.

The people of hoko were allowed to vote, and voted for a reuinion of the two nations. There was no invasion, no one resisted. What gives him legal right is that the people of Hoko voted in an offical election to reunite with Cayo. A delegate from my nation tour Hoko and interveiwed it's citzens at the time of the reunion. They do support becoming a part of Cayo, in a vast majority. It is a minority that do not support it. Should we really forfit the rights of the majority of this society just becasue of the feelings of a small minority? No.

They are within their rights if they wanted to protest. But they are not, they are attacking civilans, there fellow citizens of Hoko. Terrorism of this sort should not be allowed to go unpunished. The attackers must be arrested and tried for their crimes.

And the fact that another nation is helping them, well, my nation will only take action against the terrorist forces at this point, until more evidence is gathered and a link can be proven beyond resonable doubt.
