It is the wish of the Chief Socialist President to hide no information from his International Brethren and all the people who are the governments of the world. It is the wish of the Chief Socialist President to also state that this buildup if for the United Socialist States of Nodea Rudav's defense and Military Power, protection of Freedom and Independence, and the ongoing protection of his Socialist People of Nodea Rudav.

The Buildup of Military Forces is mainly comprised of construction of Russian and Soviet Class tanks that are beneficial for protection and offense, easily upgradable, and easily maintained. It is also wished to be said that the buuldup is entirely construction-based in Nodea Rudav's War Factories.

As a last note from the Chief Socialist President, it is given images of specifications for the specific types of build-up forces for correct information to all, as the Chief Socialist President does NOT want to hide nothing from his International Breathren and their People, along with his beloved people of Nodea Rudav.

The T-90's are 50% complete for the recent batch of twenty finished.

The Armed Republic of Lankartsette wishes to know the reason for such a sudden boost in the military of Nodea Rudav.

It sis for both Defense ands Offense, as for the donation of a some units to the newly formed United Socialist Defense Union.

Defense and offense... are you planning to go to war sometime soon, Mr. President? We appreciate the fact that you took the time to inform everyone, but a small country like the A.R.L. must look out for these sudden changes, and the reasons behind them.

I understand completely, however it is important to note that every nation needs a powerful military to defend against the other currupt Super Powers who wish to oppose the Voice of the People and Freedom in which Independence resides.

I never questioned that. We are, of course, the Armed Republic of Lankartsette.

Buildup is now officially 25% complete, going for 100%

The Armed Republic of Haick supports your decision, and wishes for a small amount of tanks for our Military. Currently, we're comprised only of well-trained Guerilla Soldiers and Officers, our civilian medics double to serve as military doctors. As you can see, we too are in need of these weapons.

For the sake of Internation Friendship, we shall give your nation 20 M60A3 Main Battle Tanks. These tanks are completed and are ready for deployment, but where not apart of the buildup.

In other words, my friend, these twenty tanks are part of our original forces. These are to your defense and to your People.

Grasci, the tanks are well appreciated and you shall be well thanked for your endorsement of my nations defense.

It is with great honor that we announce the completion of this arms build-up, and the plan to take over the state of Flordia with these new forces, adding it to our nation as our new sixth Socialist State.
