In the aftermath of the Seran War, the two countries of Youngtung and Munimula are lying in tatters. Our neighboring countries in England, Werdahek Ami Island and Youngtong have pleged support in the rebuilding efforts and we would like to ask the other countries in this world to help us rebuild. Any and all support will be greatly appreciated and everything that is donated to the cause will be evenly dispursed between the two countries. We thank you for all your assistance.

The Land of Glory wishes to deploy a combined peacekeeping force of 1,000,000 troops split between its war-torn neighbouring countries for the duration of rebuilding. After this term The Land of Glory wishes to keep army barracks in the aforementioned neighbouring countries for a minimum of 7 years, to insure further peace.

What sort of assistance did you have in mind?

i will re-build your transportation system... our country shall build a rail network for $100,000, but it will have to be 3Ft guage between the rails....
as this cuts down costs while still alloing powerful locomotives to traverse your network

The Empire thanks you for your generosity, however, the 7 years of army in our nation is something we would like not to happen. We will, however, allow you to stay for two years and for the above people (talks of peace) the Treaty of Efertin (eeefertin) promised that we will never have another conflict again.
