A Nation states anouncement was made today... Habbak Shariff the Midlonian prime minister had this to say....
Midlonia now has 2 atomic bombs... it has taken us many months.. but we do at last have them... we state to the international community that we shall only use these weapons as a last ditch defence should we be invaded..thank you there will be no questions

Being of the same age as Midlonia,l we find it hard to believe that your country has nucleur weapons already unless supplied to you by a super power state. Argyllia will never condone use of nucleur weapons in any situation unless a nations has been struck first. We do suggest you disarm before a big country deciedes it dosen't like you having WMD and declare war.

Atomic Weapons are a necessary part of any Nation's Defences, although we trust that having attained the Power of Atomic Weapons, you have also attained the appropriate Responsibility to use (or refrain from using them) wisely.
Incidentally, would you be interested in some modified IAe Lancaster Bombers? They would be perfect for carrying your Atomic Bombs, and would make the unleashing of Fiery Radiocative Death upon your Enemies much more convenient and easy...

Leave him alone. He's already said that they would only be used if his country was invaded. Although, if he was invaded by a near-future tech nation that had, say, orbital weapons, those nukes wouldn't be worth all that much.
