A bill has passed in the Parliament of Ladovy Hokej authorizing the sale of the nation of Greenwich Green, part of it's empire. Greenwich Green, a nation of 235 million people, is known for its powerhouse economy, very good political freedoms, and average civil rights. Also famous is it's conservative government, though this is now in jeopardy with a new owner imminent.
Greenwich Green contains multiple large urainum deposits as well :!:

Bidding should be in US Dollars, and will begin now. I will close the bidding at midnight 12AM Monday morning, US Central Time.

Quite simple. I make massive cuts in spending (i half my budget to cope) i then use the 100% tax rate to pick up on the costs. In the long run, this will benefit my people. Or at least, i see it that way. (ooc: i'll rp a referendum on the issue)
