The Numbers of Nations in the Alliance could grow out of Control, we would want max 9 Nations in the Council, with the Council, being able to Overrule the Commandor but the COmmandor being able to Overrule single Council members and can request the Council to vote and put throw certain rules and Laws for the Alliance.

If a Council Member leaves another Nation from the Alliance will take its place and the SUpreme Commandor will be Apponited by the Council.
