The South Dalanian government has decided that it is time to refit and rearm the nation's armed forces. Although South Dalanian vehicle manufacturers are involved in producing homegrown military designs, the government is looking for an arms-producing company (from any nation) to produce new military vehicles for the nation's ground and air forces.

A hefty commission contract (soon to be determined) will be awarded to the company who receives the contract and that company's parent nation will also receive certain exterratorial previleges (such as the right to manufacture in South Dalanian ports).

Keep in mind that South Dalania's economy has been termed as "Frightening" by NS; your business will have all the support it needs during the duration of the contract.

Any nations wishing to offer their services may either telegram the South Dalanian government or reply in this thread. Please supply a short description of a few of the items you are offering to manufacture.

The bid is remaining open until the South Dalanian government has a variety of military companies who are interested, but your interest in the contract has been duly noted.

The South Dalanian military is currently looking for:

Ground:
-Tanks
-APC's
-Mobile artillery
-Mobile rocket launchers
-Gunboats
-Portable radar jamming vehicles

-Attack and transport helicopters
-Transport aircraft (prop driven or jet)
-Unmanned patrol aircraft (like the US Predator drone)

What sort of tech level are you looking for? The Central Facehuggerian Arms Coalition (CFAC) builds future and late modern type weapon systems.

Well, in the attack helicopter area, CFAC manufactures the Attack Osprey for the CF government. Unlike most nations that chose to go with the stealthy Commanche, we opted to go for power instead of stealth. The Attack Osprey is essientially a scaled down transport osprey. By eliminating the passenger compartment, we have saved enough space to fit four 'Lawgiver' Ground to Air missile pods, and a modular chin mounted turret (standard equipment is either a Gattling laser, or XA-1 double machine gun.) In addition, there is still room for two Avalanche AAMs or Banshee AGMs.

Powered by an array of hydrogen fuel cells, this helicopter can fly the world over before needing to refuel. And the highly efficient hydrogen engine provides enough power to let the helicopter zip around like an annoying fly. One with heavy anti-tank weaponry.

The Attack Osprey is well protected, using an advanced composite armor (Patented CF Uni-Flexx material reinforced with spectra coating and ceramic plates at key points. The rotors are made of titanium)

Unfourtnately, the attack osprey is quite visible on radar, but since it is fast and manouverable, this shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Standard Crew is 3. Pilot, navagator, and gunner.
Maximum personell (including crew and passangers) 4.

A Vectored thrust version of the attack osprey is in the works, using pulse detonation engines to reach high speeds, but the design isn't off the drawing board yet.

South Dalania is interested in your helicopter model, Central Facehuggeria. We would be interested in offering you a military helicopter contract somewhere in the area of $1-2 billion dollars.

Keep in mind this contract is negotiable, but only to a certain degree.

We will offer you a contract of our 5th-generation multirole, low radar signature aircraft, the ZF-24 and ZF-26.

One billion USD will suffice. These plans have been slightly modified. Instead of specific weapons, modular hardpoints have been installed, so you can still use the helicopter even without the rather unique CF weaponry.

How many helicopters will you require? Or would you like the production (not sales) rights to build them yourself?

South Dalania would be interested in acquiring production rights to your helicopter models. To prevent suspicions of theft, the government offers Central Facehuggeria several production plants outside of Seoul, to be run by your designers and administrated by our military officials.

Alright. Central Facehuggerian Engineers will depart with the necesary equipment as soon as the money is wired. How many factories do you want? They will set up automated assembly lines, and instruct your workers in the manufacture of the 'copter.
