The Joint Space Program thread isn't the best thread to post this. But now, with the program ready to launch, and with $176.1 billion in funding, it is time to begin.
All Joint Space Program members are invited to participate. Those who don't...well...then don't. The end results will only be sent to those who research and participate, though, it wouldn't be fair otherwise.
Here is what is slated right now:
International Research Space Station - a research station in space similar in position and size to the ISS. Solar panels will provide for six-to-ten research stations within the space station. Unprecedented research will be conducted, etc.
Space Taxi - A small, efficient, ecological, and reusable space taxi designed for shipping six-to-ten people and supplies to and from the space station.
Escape Craft - Emergency escape craft; two will be latched to the shuttle at all times. Each nation will construct four to place on reserve, and two will be built jointly and connected to the station. One-time-use only; for emergencies. Must be able to carry up to five people or more and supplies.
Donations and more nations willing to join in R&D are welcome.
