I need some nuclear material to continue the expansion of my growing nation

We are economically strong and it will be financially benificial for you if you make some available

I have a Nuclear bomb but I dont want to give it to anyone.

What do you need this nuclear material for?

what type of material do u want?

Do you want Plutonium?.

Uranium or Plutonium is good

I want it to provide power for my people and to expand industry and provide jobs

How much would you want and how much would you pay for it?

Enough to make 3 nuclear reactors

Is it just me or is the rule you have to be one month old and you must have an economy that can support owning one?
