After a deadly terrorist attack in the Adaptus Astrates capital, killing 23 people, the High Command has no idea who could of done this :( , :x.

I blame Scandinavian States....they are viking after all, and warmongers...ALL OF THEM. They disrupted liberation efforts for the Soveriegn State of Alabama, resulting in the calamitous losses of civilian life...much like in your capitol.
