A communique' from People's Republic Of Tokushima's Air Force One:
Attention: Nations willing to take in political refugees
Because of the current situation in Tokushima, I, Prime Minister Beej, my family, close friends and trusted aides are seeking asylum away from the tyranny that has taken hold of my nation. My country is no longer safe for those who love democracy. Tokushima has built a vast military in quite a short time including a formidable Navy, and and also Nuclear Weapons. It is uncertain what a man like General Bernardo will do with an arsenal like that at his disposal. I implore you, good nations, to allow this jet to land and take us in as poltical refugees and maybe with your help we can stop this dictator.
Prime Minister Beej

The Dread Fires of Automagfreek shall watch over and protect you. Send your jet to the ULE City airport, but be alert, because once you are 50 miles off the coast AMF fighters will escort you the rest of the way, so do not be alarmed. I do not fear this man you speak of, and if he dares, he can send his armies to Automagfreek, because they will lie destroyed on our shores as the buzzard's feast on their broken corpses.
The choice is yours, AMF will allow you safe passage.

Zagoth visably cringed, a rare occurance, as he realized that unless he granted the mans request, the Prince would likely become suspecious and doubt his loyalty. Slowly, he personally began to type out a reply memo.
Our nation of Sapheria would be proud to accept any refugees that need asylum, and ask for no payment, or favors. However, our nation is pacifistic, and thus can offer little protection should your former home become aggressive.
~Prime Minister Zagoth of Sapheria
Content with the memo, Zagoth sent his reply, once again cursing the Prince's survival.

High above international airspace, Air Force One is circuling, slowly running out of fuel. Prime Minister Beej and his loyal advisors convene a last minute meeting. The Prime Minister has chosen to accept Rotovia's offer of asylum. The haggard Prime Minister has been through stressful day and his family and loyalists are equaly exhausted. The Prime Minister makes his way into the cockpit.
"Captain, send word to Rotovia that we accept they're offer. Get us on the ground."
"Yes Sir." The captain reaches for the hand set and turns on the reciever. "This is Tokushima Air Force One contacting Rotovian government. Air Force One requests permission to enter Rotovian Air Space..."

From the Office of The Supreme Commander, General Bernardo:
The Empire of Tokushima requests that Rotovia, hand over the war criminal Prime Minister Beej, his staff, and his family for summary trial for crimes against the Empire. If our demands are not complied with, we shall respond with our most sinister weapon...lawyers.
"This is Rotovian Air Control to Air Force One, you are clear to land. The main airstrip in our Capital has been cleared and a security detail will meet you there. I repeat you are clear to land, I have also been requested to inform you the moment you cross into Rotovian Airspace you will be under our protection. Welcome to Rotovia"
The message repeats several times.

Parked on the runway of Rotovian Capital City's International Airport, Air Force One's doors open to a sea of reporters awaiting news for the disposed Tokushiman Prime Minister, Beej.
At the bottom of the stairs is a podium set up for an impromptu press conference.
"Thank you Rotovia for allowiing myself and my people refuge from the tyranny that has taken hold in my country. I hope my time here in Rotovia is short and that I may make my way back to my country and reinstall the rightful and just democrasy Tokushima deserves.
"My first bit of business will be to rally support to overthrow the dictator that has taken control of Tokushima. I know it will be a difficult and dangerous task. Tokushima has a very powerful military and General Bernardo is in control of it all. But let us hope that, with the right support, we will be victorious. Thank You."
With that, the Prime Minister and his family enter a limosine and are wisked away.

Live on the Satelite News Network...
NewsHour Live with Manu Von Harris -
Exiled Tokushima Prime Minister talks to us today about the massacre of hundreds of innocent lives today in Tokushima by the Imperial Police. Mr. Beej, what do you have to say?
"Well, I'm horrified at the actions of this so called 'government' that is running my country. I call on the International community to step in and remove this tyrant from power. It may be a difficult task but I urge any nation capable of standing up to General Bernardo to do so and save the lives of my counrtymen."
Has the Rotovian governement, or any government for that matter, stepped forward and taken the lead in this matter?
"As of yet, there is no clear Alliance of nations that will stand up against General Bernardo."
What are your feelings if your Nation is engulfed in war?
"In my time in office, I have managed to avert war. Now in such a short time, General Bernardo has managed to kill more Tokushimans than in any other point in our history. If war is what it takes to oust this dictator, then war its going to have to be."
Thanks for joining us Mr. Beej.
Now...next week, join us again when we have Hip Hop superstar Jay Z and actor Will Ferrell.

We sympathize with the Tokushima Prime Minister, as our President was once exiled himself. Although we have our own problems at the moment, we extend a hand of friendship to the exiled leader, and wish them best of luck in removing this evil parasite of a General.
