With recent developments spurring from a long and hard war faught on Hutuian land and the invaders pulling out without setting up a government which led to a bloody Civil War between Socialist, Democrats, Nazis, and Liberals, Premier James Roach III came to power with the rise of the Socialist regime. After the bare minimum help from it's GCON allies and much hardship during the war Admiral Kafekh, who took command of the nation after James Roach I committed suicide after losing the country. Kafekh became very dismissive of GCON and the 'help' and 'protection' the gave. Once the Civil War began, James Roach III, grand son of Roach I joined up with Kafekh and they formed a force to be reckoned with.
They reformed the nation almost dismissive of the Civil War that raged on outside the Kremlin walls. After Kafekh died in the war, Roach III soon grew to hate GCON aswell once President Jones, leader of GCON and Bigmenistan wanted to split up the nation of Hutu. The boiling point was reach after Roach began to run for GCON leadership and Jones claimed to have evidence that he used Chemical Weapons in the civil war which broke GCON law 2.(We did use them, but he had no men in country to prove the fact.)
Now that the accusations have been made Roach withdrew from the election and plans to withdraw from GCON, since backs have been stabbed and false accusations made Roach needs to call on all Socialist to support he and Hutuian poeples. In a press release earlier Roach had this to say.
"Comrades of the World, Hutu needs your help now, more than ever. We have been turned on by "Allies" that is what we get for trusting Democratic pigs like Bigmenistan, comrades we hope this does not fall on deaf ears. We need your help."
It is suspected that Premier Roach is to possibly form his own Socialist/Communist faction to combat GCON, yet not with the UN but merely against GCON.
In other news it has been discovered that when the nation of Hutu was formed so many years ago by Islamic refugees fleeing from the Soviet Union Roach's Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather Vassili was sent in as a the leader of Spetsnaz force to over through the group and take command of the nation. The group did not allow in Russians so Vassili was given the last name Roach, a name of German descent, and the name stuck as he went onto power. Now that this information has come about Premier James Roach III is now to be know as Premier Victor Isosef Taratin I. After taking his actual last name Premier Taratin decided to take a more traditional first name aswell.
