Industrial equipment needed

The government of No-Dachi Yo wishes to purchase some industrial equipment to further our ecomony, such that can be used in Automobile manufacturing, mass producing clothes, metal ore mining and processing, and farming.
Also would any nation be willing to help us upgrade our rail network as we have funds but no expertise.

We have a policy of never throwing anything away and to this end we have vast warehouses of various industrial and Agricutural vehicles and eqquipment.

Mining drills
Rigging and lifts, for sending miners down
Sowing machines (many)
Metal purifying and smelting tecnology
Tractors
Ploughs
Pesticide sprayers
Car manufacturing equipment
Also any diesal powered trains

We have the majority of things available.
On the subject of car manufacure, we can also sell the design for some of our manufactures old models.
We are willing to dispatch advisors to your nation to instruct your people on their operation.
Im sure we can come to some kind of trade agreement or some other arrangement.

We have $600,000,000 to invest in equipment alone, and we are currently investing $500 million in farming and industry buildings etc. Your engineers would be welcome and trade will also be a possibility when our economy is up and running.
