At 2:12 P.M. in Venner(capital of Nano Soft) gun fire erupted in down town near the docks. It happen out side of a military base. Four black vans pulled up about 30 feet away from the base, a man stepped out with a RPG-7 launcher and fired at a APC near the military base. A alarm went off and soldiers geared up and ran out side. About 20-30 men go out of the vans and open fire on Nano Soft troops. Another man had stepped out from the van with a RPG-7 and fired it at a barracks, there where 14 inside that instantly died, also most of the weapons and ammo inside was now useless. As the men where running out a small crop duster from 2001 came down and sprayed a cluster of bullets at the base, it flow up and took a sharp turn and came back in. Mean while ten helo's where taking off to give air support, they would take about 8 mins to get there. After this is going on about 8-14 men from the back came up secretly with silenced weapons, they moved in and killed the men that they could with there knifes and shot the others in there way. They planted charges and ran away. About 1 min and 20 secs before the helo's would get there the men ran back inside there vans and drove off. A SAM turret shot the crop duster down and it flew ad crashed in the harbor. About 1 min after the terrorist left the base erupted, bombs went off all over. By the time the choppers got there it was to late, the base was in flames and they saw no one alive.
The defense system did not activate in the area for a unknown reason. Crews are checking it for sabotage in case some one sabotage it. The death count is to be about close to 200 and 14 are wounded. The terrorist status is unknown at the time. Police have put up check points on every major street now looking for the vans.
The ILATA(Inland-Anti-Terror-Agency) believe it was the work of a communist faction. Lately communist have been appearing in Nano Soft more often. The government thinks there might be moles and spies in the services so they are scanning every one with a complete back ground check. The president has put the country on a level orange alert level.
The government also thinks that communist spies have been sent to Nano Soft from some where to try and start a civil war. They believe that they are recruiting people to there side. Also they think there is a communist faction in Nano Soft named the Red Faction.
