The largest airborne mobilization in Imperium history began today in response to the sucessful invasion of Alabama. Military officials won't comment, but they will say that over 30,000 men and women will be involved in the airborne invasion and many several more non-airborne divisions will be mobilized once the first stage is completed.

Cpt. Sanchez decided right then that Doctrine sucked ass, because Imperium doctrine dictated that during an Airborne invasion special forces had to go in first and the Flygbasjagarna had to be the first of the first to drop so they could make sure the dumbass trash haulers didn't screw up in their delivery. She hated this part of her job, mainly because you almost never caught people with their pants down during the night anymore. The jump light went from red to yellow and the Jump Master called out, "Five minutes to jump, form up and check your gear."

Everyone formed up and checked their own gear as well as the gear of the person in front of them, and each recieved two pats on the shoulder from the person behind them when everything checked out. The light turned green and the door lowered, that was the signal for six hundred sould to begin fileing out into the dark and cold night. When they reached 10,000 feet they pulled the ripcord and the camo parafoils deployed. From there it was a hundred mile glide to their objective and they'd be breathing recycled air until they landed.

Eventually they landed near the hangers on the side opposite of I-65 and set up a perimeter while one of the battalions broke out commo gear to guide the rest of the force in.

The 2nd, 9th, 12th, and 15th Battle fleets have arrived on scene at Mobile. PRN BBG 98 raises its 16" barrels toward the shoreline and a flash of flames exit each tube as the bombardment of shore units has commenced.

"Turn all carriers to the wind, lock all coordinates into an attack pattern and launch at will." Admiral Antiachus announces to the Battle Fleets. "Once the bombardment has ceased and enough damage has been inflicted upon our enemies, the Amphibious Assault Group will be clear to land at station AM-109NW. If there is any electronic signatures from anywhere near the landing zone, kill it!"

"Aye sir, attack formation is in place and the Sparta has already released one full salvo from her forward mounts and damage reports are being assessed now and compensation being reported to the other three Battleships moving up for a barrage"

In the sky above, red trails are seen in the sky as the drop ships from Epirus I are enroute to the landing zone. 50,000 veteran elite troops are being delivered in 50 drop ships.

"Negative Yankee at 555, we have the site on scanners", reports a drop pilot "disembark in 5 mikes, all troopers ready for immediate evac and rendevouz at station AM-109NW, go with victory."

Exonerate has yet to recieve a response from Liberate America and CorpSac, and they only have two hours to respond. If Liberate American does not respond by then, we will also join forces with Scandavian States and Phyrric in the counter-invasion of Alabama.

At the orders of General Seranov, our ground troops have begun mobilizing and loading, while our main Carrier Fleet has begun heading towards Alabama, fully loaded with cruise missiles and a wide assortment of aircraft. As a warning to both Liberate American and CorpSac, our surveilance satelites are watching both Alabama and your respective countries; any movements will be detected immediately.

We hope that Liberate America and CorpSac will decide to withdraw from Alabama to avoid needless bloodshed. However, if they refuse, hostilities will commence. You have two hours.

The Legion of Defence will attempt a successful invasion to free the people of Alabama. Two of its members (Phyrric and Exonerate) have already sent forces. I must warn you that if you mess with one member in the Legion of Defence, you get the other 21 members after you. At least 5 of them have over a billion in population. I recommend you quit while you're ahead or you'll get an alliance of 22 members and a region of 46 members (I confess, there is some overlap and some nations in the Kingdom of the Midlands are not that active) after you. The Liberate Government condemns the actions of each of the nations, swearing reprisal against the Liberate government. What began as a war of liberation for the oppressed peoples of Alabama, has turned into a complete international mess of uninvolved countries, needlessly adding their nickel into the coke machine of the Alabaman people's suffering, looking for something in return besides the instigation of Alabaman suffering, and the hindrance of rebulding. A Counter-Invasion to the newly liberated territory of Alabama, would only start a massive, bloody conflict for all parties, and still help nothing. Thousands would die and nothing would be accomplished, but the adding of a dark chapter in the world's history. As a Liberate Alliance for the defence of Alabama is being created as we speak, consisting of several, large, militarily inclined countrys, whom quietly supported Liberated America's war of Justice for the peoples of Alabama. No matter the challenge, Liberate Men and Women are prepared to give their lives in defence of their Alabaman Brothers and Sisters, as are several thousand Alabamans, joining up for the newly created Alabaman Home Guard. General Seranov snickers at Liberated America's announcement.

"Gott ist tot." he declares.

"You have one more hour to withdraw before Exonerate will begin actively moving its forces. We recommend you evacuate your civilian population before hostilities are declared, or they will be arrested on sight."

General Seranov paused briefly, then continued in a loud, confident voice.

"We can meet any force that you are capable of mustering, and we demand the nations that pledge to defend Liberated America's act of aggression to reveal themselves, instead of staying incognito for the fear of reprisals. If they are willing to act, they should be willing to confess to their actions."

General of the Liberate Army, Chuck Franklin sat in the command bunker, deep within the Alabaman Hills, debating the proper actinons to take.

It seems we are gravely outnumbered by Enemy forces in the area. Even with the AHG we are likely to be defeated. But their ignorance will cost them much, as our forces have much Bravery and heart. We shall make them pay dearly for every inch of ground which they take from us. They underestimate our numbers, our men, our equipment, and our command.....

He sighed as he trailed off until Major General Huston walked into the room, holding a stack of files. "Sir the defence is prepared, they will never know what hit em'. We also have a very important find, look." He opened a couple of the files and placed them on Franklin's desk, they contained diagrams of Alabama, with two lines and two small dots.

"What's this?"

"Its a diagram of what the directional radar on one of our S.I.L. emplacements found, those red dots are the exact positions of 2 Exonerate satellites in precisely eight minutes. They have requested permission to fire at will sir."

"Excellent, permission granted. And make sure Illianovich is at the controls, we need a couple of home runs to make it through the inning."

"At once sir."

Huston turned around ran out of the room, passing a small piece of paper to the S.I.T. comm technician. Whom proceeded to wire the comminique to the nearest S.I.L. location via secure underground direct cable line, approximately 1 mile away....

Illianovich Lukashenko was already sitting at the controls of the S.I.L. command module, calculating the precise measurements into the system, targeting each Satellite Intercept Laser Turret onto the Super Keyhole Satellites' distinctive radar signature. Awaiting the perfect moment to execute the final command. Lukashenko had never, ever missed a super keyhole signature before, as did many other operators, but his record was without flaw. Recieving word to fire he thought to himself So be it. He then discharged each of the Cannon's at 5 second intervals into space.....

Cpt. Sanchez had been directed to take the Air Traffic Control tower thirty minutes ago and normally that task would have been completed with alacrity, except for the fact that a rather stubborn ATC officer was convinced that they were going to hurt him and as such would take a shot at them every time one of them would peak over the stairwell. They couldn't use any kind of grenade because the equipment was so sensitive and the didn't want to risk storming the poor guy, but her patience was wearing seriously thin. She tried peaking again and again he took a shot, enough was enough, "Sir, if you don't put down that gun we're going to be forced to come up there and shoot you, and we don't want that. Now put down the gun."

"Naw, yuh're just gonna shoot meh anyways, why should ah make it any easier on yah?" The man answered in a classic southern accent.

Sanchez had had it, she handed her rifle to the Lieutenant behind her and drew her pistol, snapped on the silencer, and made sure the pressure-switched laser worked properly. When she was ready she slowly counted to three, ran up the steps, somersaulted, and came up to shoot his shoulder. Unfortunately it didn't work out as planned, she shot him too far in and the hole was dangerously close to the cartroid artery. "Damn Cap'n, anyone ever tell you that cowboy shit don't really work?" Lieutenant Sorensen asked as he handed back her rifle.

"Stuff it, you god damned sorry excuse for a Viking, I need to let Big Bird know we have the objective. Have O'Neil patch that idiot up, I can't have his blood fucking up the equipment. Have everyone else make sure the equipment works and then start coding the transpoder recievers for the '141s only."

OOC: If anyone wants to start landing stuff, they can start after the other paratroopers start dropping.

The time was 20:00. The deadline was up.

"In a moment, we will have a statement from the Enlightened Despot of Exonerate. Ah, here he is now." read one of the reporters.

The camera shifted to a darkened room. Inside was a single man, whose features were not clearly visable due to the light. He waited a few moments, then spoke. A deep, assertive voice spoke softly, but just enough to be heard.

"Three days ago, the government of Liberated America begun an invasion of the soverign state of Alabama. The war they started was one of conquest, aimed at annexing Alabama to expand their territory. Alabama had not taken any hostile actions towards Liberated America, neither did they even begin to hint at any threats. Alabama was a fully soverign state that had done nothing to offend Liberated America, who decided it would take advantage of the weak. It was a quick invasion; The Alabamans possessed a much smaller nation, and were unable to repel the invasion mounted by Liberated America. Soon, their land was overrun, and their President surrendered to minimize losses. CorpSac, seizing upon the opportunity, also sent in their forces to take their share of the pie."

The man in the shadows put his hands together, fingers intertwining.

"However, the Liberated America sold the invasion under the guise of 'liberation'. An outright lie to prevent other nations from interferring. The Imperium of Scandavian States quickly raised its objections. The Incorporated States of Exonerate consulted with its allies on the best course of action to take. Phyrric also pledged to help Scandavian States in their effort to overthrow the invading army that was hellbent on conquering Alabama."

"It was decided that we would issue an ultimatum. We gave the two nations twenty four hours to respond to our demands: Withdraw from Alabama, provide compensation for Alabama, and issue a public apology, or face a counter-invasion. Liberated America refused, and CorpSac choose to stand with Liberated American's decision."

"We gave Liberated America and CorpSac many chances to withdraw. First, we requested peacefully. Then we issued an ultimatum. They have repeatedly refused, and they will face the consequences of their actions. They will now sow the seed of destruction they planted."

"We, The Incorporated States of Exonerate, hereby declare a state of hostilities between our nation and that of Liberated America and CorpSac. This means that all sighted military vehicles and personel belonging to either of these nations will be fired upon on sight. All citizens of these nations within our territories will be arrested. All relations, diplomatic or otherwise will be severed."

"Our military is currently at status Charlie, and we have gone to DefCon3. Our first Carrier Group is currently being mobilized, as well as the 2nd and 3rd Army. Reserves are now being called up."

"A small portion of our fleet is already in the vicinity of Alabama. They have been given permission to fire on all non-allied ships entering and leaving Alabama. Civilian ships will be issued a warning first; transports will not."

"For now, we will direct all military action to Alabama; the conflict is localized, Liberated America and CorpSac's mainland will not be touched. We hope Liberated America and CorpSac will extend the same courtesy, but if not, we will not hesitate in attacking Liberated America and CorpSac's other territories."

"Any use of Biological or Chemical weapons is unacceptable; People who use such weapons will be captured and tried as war criminals. The use of nuclear weapons, with the exception of those under 1kt, will amount to a declaration of war in which we will not hesitate in deploying our more devastating weapons."

A man entered the room, with a paper on a clipboard in his hand. He showed it to the Enlightened Despot, and whispered in his ear.

"It seems that Liberated America has attempted to disable our satelites in the region with a laser beam. However, he has failed; the cloud cover refracted the beam, resulting in a complete miss. Since Liberated America has seen fit to attack our space assets, we will also respond in kind."

"Our forces have coordinated strategies with Scandavian States and Phyrric. May this end with swift victory for our side."

The camera was shut off.

I-65 being one of the largest Highways in Alabama, it was very heavily defended by 2 battallios of Home Guard, and a Battallion of LMC, supported by a platoon of M60A3 tanks. Upon recieving word to counter attack the rather small unit of paratroopers which had recently taken a small airfield, they began to close on their target, each of the LMC equipped with a personal thermal imaging device mouned on their helmets, the home guard cautiously followed. Upon coming to within 500 yards of the woodline, preceeding light brush all the way to the hangars, the LMC began an aggressive advance towards the 1st hangar, launching 81 Mike Mike HE and Airburst into the immediate area around the Airfield, peppering the area with potentially deadly projectiles capable of penetrating even the thickest parcets of Zylon armor.

OOC: bah, gotta pull double duty tomorrow, ill be back on tomorrow night.

Despite the stealthy approach by the Liberate troops, they were spotted by a five-man Kraft Opklaring fire team on patrol and their position was reported. Being disciplined troops, the three Marine regiments waited for the enemy to fire before engaging their opponents. When the mortars starting coming down, the three regiments returned fire with deadly accuracy, mainly thanks to intense training but also the weapons they were issued. Muted two-round and extended bursts could be heard and seen up and down the line, this noise was punctuated by the occasional roar of the sniper rifles firing 15mm armour-piercing discarding sabot rounds. The enemy's heavy weaponry, in the form of tanks and mortars, were dealth with be men carrying Draco ATGM launchers and their own mortars.

OOC: I don't call ten SF regiments small, I'm fairly sure you're outnumbered (you'd have to give me numbers). Losses so far: 16 KIA and 24 wounded from the mortar barrage. Draco ATGMs are an advancement of Dragon ATGMs, they keep the tandem warhead of the Dragon but pack many ball bearing between the two warheads for maximum crew-killing ability.

The beachhead went uncontested at Mobile and the site of the International Airport is secure. Drop ships North of Mobile went unmolested and the forces are ready to move...

as the Admirals eyes are scanning over the recent reports

The Air Force is enroute to 8 squadrons of F22 fighters to the airport. The Army is in preparation for departing and awaiting the Air Force for a lift to Mobile.....

The drop ships are back enroute via the Gulf of Mexico to Phyrric for maintenance and repositioning at Epirus I. Naval ships are rotating through to the Oilers for refueling, we have been granted ports of call in Florida for some R&R and resupplies, the City of Tampa will host arrivals...

well, I just might have to work on a tan myself then, lays the reports down and kicks his shoes off. "Tell the Marines that once the Army arrives, they are clear for their northward movements, perform around the clock air patrol for any further electronic signatures and enemy movements. Launch three A6 squadrons to take out any radar facilities and the last location of that transmission for LA satellites. Inform me when we have achieved air superiority over the southern quarter of Alabama. Keep those X35's in the air until such a time and rotate once the F22's get here."

Just minutes after the firefight had begun, the reserve Flygbasjagarna and Kraft Opklaring Regiments had moved to the line, adding another 1100 people to the 1800 already there. The three regiments guarding the backside of the hangers swung around and created an "L" formation with the regiments already engaged and opened fire. In total, 4700 of some of the best trained special forces troopers in the world were engaging three battalions of enemy troops.

While the firefight was happening, the only non-engaged company of Flygbasjagarna was busy guiding in over 200 C-141s and waving off any other aircraft attempting to land. The four divisions of paratroopers, minus the artillery batteries, were dropping in by HALO, grouping into brigades and joining the special forces regiments fighting and holding the lines against the enemy counter-attack.

OOC: So that's 4700 various SF and 14,400 paratroopers trying to kill three battalions. I won't call it for you, but I think it's safe to say your three battalions are well and truly dead.

The Falasturian Government has full faith in those countries self-less and caring enough to attempt the re-capture of Alabama. The war that begun as an evil, heartless, imperialistic invasion will soon have turned into a war for the good of the world, striking a blow to the leadership of the aggressing nations, who believe that smaller nations are there to be pushed around. A counter-invasion to the newly conquered and suppressed territory of Alabama will only start a crusade for the freedom of these poor citizens who were unlucky enough to find themselves in the targets of one who thought the world would bend to his domineering will. Thounsands may die, but millions will be saved from life under one who seeks to dominate and rule unopposed, whether it be over his country, or someone elses. A Liberation Alliance for the defence of Alabama is being created as we speak, consisting of several, large, militarily inclined countrys, whom quietly or loudly opposed Liberated America's war of Justice for the peoples of Alabama. Upon hearing of the counter-invasion into Alabama, Admiral Brusilov set the fleet into motion. "Full speed ahead, and notify our allies that we are on our way"

The fleet steamed out of the bay, the battleships formed a defensive ring around the troopships, while fighters and anti-sub aircraft made a defensive net around the fleet.

CorpSac has Declared a State of war on all agressers within the State of alabama, forces have been sent to reinforce troops that are there, all our prays and hopes go out to the men and women of the allied forces.

OOC: CorpSac, that's ten percent of your population, which is pretty much your entire military, including reserves, and more than anyone can move for an assault on another nation. Tone it down to a tenth of what you have and maybe I won't ignore you. Also, no mechs, this is strictly moderntech (up to 2012 or therabouts).

The Normandy invasion comprised just eight divisions, three of which were airborne, and it still stretched the Allie's transport capabilities to the absolute limit. Like I said, tone it down. Let's hope that doesn't include me. Even though I'm in charge of the Legion of Defence, I have not yet sent any forces to help liberate Alabama. If this declaration of war includes me and the entire LoD, I will send forces to liberate Alabama and punish CorpSac. Otherwise, I will remain neutral to this preticular conflict at this moment in time. You have 24 (1 hour RL time; remember time is fluid in NationStates) hours to respond to this letter or I will assume that you did declare war against me and the LoD and lead full LoD action to liberate Alabama.

OOC: No, CorpSac, it's called Fluid Time. In an RP the fastest it ever goes is 1D=1W and then once combat starts the fast it ever gets is real time. If you want to push your unit numbers then very bad things are going to happen to your units, I suggest you modify them.

OOC: Corpsac, unless your nation is left totally undefended, I agree with SS and strongly suggest you tone those numbers down, on a second note, how are your troops arriving? time in NS only goes fast when the nation has no action going on, 1 RL day = 1 NS year if nothing is happening with that nation, BUT, if a nation is involved in something such as this, a conflict or war, 1 RL day = 1 NS day, time stands as equals.

If transported, this applies to everyone involved, how is the 6 carrier groups that I have stationed in the straights between florida/cuba/mexico being penetrated? access granted to allies, not enemies.

CorpSac has seen fit to declare a state of war between all counter-invading nations. In response to this, the Incorporated States of Exonerate now declares a state of mutual war in existence between our two nations. By declaring war, they have forefitted our offer to leave the mainlands of all involved nations alone.

Our forces had already begun mobilizing, but now that CorpSac has declared war against us, we have reinstated the draft. Our estimates show that they have very little, if any, forces left defending their homeland. Therefore, we will now make the CorpSac homelands our primary target.

We have 1 Airborne Armored Divisions, and 2 Airborne Infantry Divisions, 3 Infantry Divisions, and 2 Amphibious Assault Divisions one now within close proximity to CorpSac's homeland. Our First Carrier group has also been moved to that location, and we are mobilizing more troops to reinforce them.

I appreciate your asking and I remembered your nation in the other thread, was just to lazy to research which side you were on. Corpsac has mech'ed soldiers, I see no reason to not have other techs (even though it is a tad out of my realm).

Looks like this is going to end in a nuke fest, should be over shortly. What a shame, could have been kept simple and the loser catch minimal losses but prefers the black eye instead. SS and yourself can liberate Alabama and Exonerate and I will go snap Corps' neck.

Your cruiser stops exactly at 250 miles from the Battle Fleet. A single motor chopper is sent to the PRN Cumae CVN 88 with just 1 pilot and the envoy. It will be escorted by 3 X35 once it reaches 150 miles off the Fleet. If there is any detection of weapons, the chopper will be destroyed. If the cruiser taken any further action or engages its engines, it will be sunk. There are subs in the area. If the chopper deviates off course, it will be destroyed. After the the battle against Liberated Forces had ended the four airborne divisions had been assigned a side of the airport to secure. About four hours later the artillery and AA for the divisions was just arriving. Colonel Vega, otherwise known as "Big Bird" to his troopers, had just recieved FLASH traffic that said that five armoured divisions were going to be shipped to Mobile, but only after it had been completely secured. Vega turned to General McInnes, commander of the 9th Airborne, "Looks like you boys are getting the honor of securing Mobile, Special Forces is to provide backup if you need it."

After switching onto helicopters at Haton, they had finally arrived at the battlezone. They had flown in very low to avoid enemy radar. The Colonel went down the rappel rope first. In about a few minutes all of the 100 troops had deployed. The Colonel switched frequencies on his radio, "Hello Scandavian forces, we just wanted to tell you guys that we are here and please don't shoot at us." He switched frequencies back to his troops, "Okay, move out!"

On board the ARCS Millersville, Captain Johnson was pacing back and forth.

Colonel Vega's troops seemed to be the Task Force's "Official Operators of Equipment" and as far as he was concerned that was okay, it was really what they were there for. When the radio message came in from a Hattian officer, Vega was the one to answer, "Roger that, the 25th Airborne is guarding the sector you will be coming through shortly, I'll let them know to expect you. Please be advised that unless you have under two hundred people with you we won't be able to fit you into the terminal. My suggestion is to link up with one of the Airborne Divs and move out when they do. Vega out."

Oh, so you started shipping your troops before our fleet movements? You devoted "1/3" of your entire military to the defense of a recently conquered territory? Care you elaborate on how much time that took? You mobilized 3 million people within a time period of what?

Fluid time does not allow you to instantly mobilize that mount of people, which would be near impossible for nearly any nation on this planet. The US has less than 1 million troops in Iraq, and they took a hell lot longer than you did. You're ignored from now on...

A helicopter, the Falasturian flag emblazoned on its side in full glory, lands on the flight deck of the Millersville exceedingly smoothly, almost attracting applause from those watching it land. The rotor blades still in almost full rotation when a group of three men and a women step out. Two men are wearing Military Uniform indicating they are an Vice-Admiral and a Major-General, the woman behind wears badge of the Falasturian Air Force displayed on the lapel of her business suit, and the man following the three has merely a Falasturian Flag with an emblem of a dove above it, indicating that he works for the Falasturian Peace Corps, albeit as only a high-ish ranking desk clerk.

Walking up to the Sub-Lieutenant, who shows them to the Conference Room, the group look at each, and step into the inside of the ship.

Arriving at the conference, the four sit down having shaken hands with the Millersville's Captain and Corneliu's Head Diplomat there, leading the talks. They await the arrival of others, and the start of the meeting.

Thank you for coming Lady and Gentlemen. I am Envoy Peter Quinn of the Corneliuan Foreign Ministry. This is Captain Johnson, the CO of the ship. I am glad that you could make it to the conference. As the transport helicopter approached the Millersville the 2 attack helicopters guarding it turned around and headed back to their ships. The transport landed smoothly and 1 person walked out. Quite obviously a high ranking officer, his unform had the golden sickle and hammer with 3 stars below it indicating that the wearer was an Admiral. He was Admiral Alexandrov of the HNS Kirov and son of the Prime Minister. He stands and waits for someone to show him to the conference room...

Captain Johnson waits patiently for the chopper to set down. When it does he strolls up to the person that walks out.

Enlisted though but saw my fair share of combat so i know how important orders are. I hope we can come to a suitable agreement. "I hope that we can talk later Admiral." captain Johnson said. "Despite what we went through earlier, I admired your work. They way you held yourself up underfire was beyond belief. Admiral Winslow spoke highly of you when he found out how well you fought off his submarine attack. Maybe we can talk shop when this is done?"

Movement has been swift as opposition is extremely minimal at this point. Washington County was secured as the Army has now mobilzed and moving northward behind the Marines that are spearheading the liberation movement. Chatom fell quickly as people are parading the streets as the military advances through. The local government is retained as authority but a small garrison of troops is left behind.

The Marines have branched off since the Army is moving freely at this time. Moving up 17, Bolinger and Butler falls quick in the Choctaw County, the 3rd Veteran will stop here for the night as the Army continues up to reinforce. 50,000 Veterans are in this county with another 25,000 enroute from the Army 332nd along with 50 M1A1 armor units.

The 52nd and 44th took 43 into Grove Hill in Clarke County. Again, there has been minimal resistance. A machine gun nest was stumbled across outside of Jackson, 12 men were killed before the armor rolled over the nest taking it out of action. They will stop here for the night before continuing on. The 331st, 333rd and 334th from the Army is less than 2 hours behind and moving up quick. This will provide and additional 75,000 troops and 125 more pieces of armor. A forward base is being established at Grove Hill.

A Liberate V-22 Osprey Slowly neared the ship, with its rotors already in chopper position. Once it had made contact with the deck, 2 Liberate General Officers and 1 Alabaman Home Guard General Officer stepped off the Osprey and waved it away, where it lifted off once again and headed for the small airport on Daulphon Island, 430 Miles Southeast of the Alabaman Mainland. After recieving the message Nikolai walked over to his tank (He likes to lead from the front) and broadcasted over the radio, "We are going to head up I-65 and take Greenville, then work our way south, skirmish formation, keep the BMPs in back. Lets go!" The tanks began to rumble up the highway.

It was 6 A.M. in Southern Alabama, clear skys all the way, the sun was just beginning to break the fog, and leaves began cracking from the sudden light. As the rays burnt the fog away, droves of Soldiers in uniform were marching towards the Enemy lines not carrying guns, but symbols of surrender. About 75,000 Men had given up their fortifications and arms in favor of surrender to the enemy rather than face an all out assault. The men's uniforms were stripped of all insignia, rank and everything, and they revealed no useful information to the enemy. But where were the other 495,000 men thought to be present in the Liberate and Home Guard ranks? A closer inspection of the surrounding area revealed nothing but a few banged up Black Eagle tanks, but nothing else. However each and every exit sign from Geneva to Russell was painted with the words, "A stitch in time saves your ass"....

And the three "General Officers" Aboard the ship were nowhere to be found. The Liberate AFB on Dalphaun Island was the only thing around with any activity, and that was preceeded by a massive explosion, similar to about 4 MOABs going off at once.

The veteran and 332nd takes rises early and heads north on 17, finding no resistance, the pace is quickened as a squadron of F22's search the areas for any enemies positions and movements, none is found and York falls without a single shot being made. The units head toward the Interstate that is just north of Livingston in Sumter County. The local officials report that the enemy is on the run and headed East toward Montgomery perhaps Birmingham. Sumter County was secured at 0600 hours.

By 0800 hours, Greene County is secured. Again, there is no enemy resistance other than an occasional sniper killed in the countyside. Eutaw falls without a shot fired. Due to lack of enemy engagements, the Army is ordered a force march to Prattville with the Howitzers for urban bombardment. Greensboro in Hale County surrenders the keys to the Veteran forces upon arrival. Present in the County Court House in Greensboro were officials from Marengo, Bibb, and Perry Counties. they wish to issue terms of surrender, it is advised to them that they will retain all government powers and that this is a liberation movement and not a conquest. Intelligence is shared and the locations of any resistance quarters are given and promptly extinguished. A garrison is made at Centreville, Greensboro, and Marion. There are 12,000 troops in each of these towns. 25 units of armor is located in Centreville.

In Butler, the forces received message from the Scandavian Command and replies with a positive message that the flank will be covered. Monroeville falls after a brief gunfire is exchanged and 20 enemy units are overran, killing 6 troops from the 52nd. A small detachment from the 333rd of 2500 men secures Beatrice as the rest of the 333rd and 334th heads into Camden securing Wilcox County and on North into Dallas County where another garrison is established at Selma. The armor continues on to meet with the Army that was force marched into Prattville making a total strangth of 62,000 men plus 75 artillery units and 100 armor.

The 44th and 331st meet up with Scandavian States military south of Montgomery after Renton was overran at 0500 by Phyrric forces and meets up with Hattia forces headed up the Interstate. Total Phyrric forces provided to Scandavian States is 124,000 and 75 armor. General Demetrius is in Command of Phyrric forces.

A6 attacks are ordered on military positions within Montgomery. Fighter patrols of F22 and X35 are ordered for targeting any know enemy movements and retreats that have not surrendered to the Allied Forces.

a massive Clone fleet has been seen near the waters of Alabama, with in the hour of arrivieing Clone ships opened fire on Corneliu ships, fighters from clone carriers take off and start massive attacks on any ship they see. Submarines opened fire on ships with in there range all out assult on the cost of alabama.

The sides of the flagship were raked with machine gun fire, while extremely long platforms were extended across (specially made for this job)...

Last post tonight. And ignoring Corpsac means we ignored his military.

The machine guns pinned down the enemy as marines rushed up the planks. The jumped onboard bayonetting those they saw, Clones marines were no match for them. They began to fight their way to the bridge towards the bridge...

The Sniper rested his rifle on the bulkhead and aimed it at the bridge, he watched the offices through the sights and picked out the one that looked like an Admiral, he aimed at the head and pulled the trigger."

Wing Commander Shurygin saw the Hammer take a big hit. "Squadron, follow me" he dropped down to almost sea level and streaked towards the enemy who attacked the Hammer he and his squadron released their torpedoes.

the na-trill exploded with now warning the ship took a large chunk out of the hammer, the distroyer was hit with torpedos and was sinking fast, F-22 were fighting madly dog fights above the fleet.

Anyways, there is no need for a meeting to be on a small ship. The Macedon is an LHA and part of a task force surrounded by many many escorts to include a few carrier groups. This is Captain Johnson of the Millersville! Since peace talks are underway, we request that all nations cease fire so we can come to some sort of peaceful conclusion that will benefit all sides. So PLEASE cease your fire so we can come to a peaceful conclusion that doesn't result in the deaths of thousands of civilians.

OOC: For gp info, the radio room on a ship is not a place where they talk on CB's or am/fm radios. It is a place where messages are sent via coding on extremely high frequencies that would fry the human body. It is called a radio room because that is where all incoming and outgoing traffic is sent and received for a ship communicating with its home port, command ships, global units, etc. About 99% is all message format. This is where encrypters would hang out on a ship as well as radio men. It is not a place for the walkie talkie.

The sea knight makes its approach to the Millersville. Before actual touch down on the flight deck, the side door slides open and out jumps 12 men dressed in black military uniforms with assault rifles at the ready. They run over to the Admiral, screening his position until the sea knight is full landed. At that time, they rush the Admiral to the chopper and load him on, a medical team is at the ready for an examination to see if any bodily harm was done. The Chief casually strolls over to the chopper, climbs onboard and the chopper lists off, hard banks to the starboard side and heads out to the Rome escorted by the Harriers.

While in flight:

We are highly disappointed that someone wanted to sabatoge these peace talks. In that they have succeeded. However, our intelliegence has uncovered the perpitrators of the attack on this ship. As of this moment, by order of President Featherston, we are officially at war with the TheAlabamaPeoples. We will not take such cowardly acts lightly. As of this moment, our 5th Naval fleet(3 Republic Carriers, 8 Battleships, 12 Cruisers, 10 Destroyers) is currently enroute with the entire 1st Army(55,845 personel,400 M1 Tanks, 288 Howitzers, 316 LAVs). TheAlabamaPeoples has precisely 48 hours to surrender to the Coalition.

The 2nd Exonerate Army, composed of 9 Divisions, has now entered to aid the Allied forces in the counter-invasion of Alabama. Our 3rd Army, is stationed in the nearby area, ready to respond if needed, and our Carrier group is capable of providing fire-support to our ground troops.

Last night, we airlifted a large amount of troops into the Northeastern part of Alabama - Specifically, Jackson, De Kalb, and Marshall County. The number of airlifted troops we cannot disclose, for obvious reasons, but we can assure you, it was more than 1 Division. We also have troops moving on foot in the same area - along with them, several armored divisions, capable of crushing anything the opposition can field.

We hope to release Alabama from its captors soon.

Resistance has been encountered in the back western counties of Alabama. The garisson in Beatrice found a terrorist base nearby and quickly repelled it, losing 2 men in the brief firefight.

the garisson in Selma found a training camp nearby and ordered an airstrike from the Cumae. The field was leveled killing everyone that was present. 18 members of the resistant were caught and interrogated. The local county commissioner was executed for treason against the state as he possesed knowledge of the terrorist base and did not comply with the Marshal Law that was instilled in the area.

A group of teen were found on the streets in a pick-up truck in Greensboro after hours. They were promply interrogated and returned to their parents unharmed. The parents were fined 1000 amc for the incident.

The 2500 marine force that was already there begins to take up defensive positions.

The divisions are advancing steadily east, except for the occasional sniper and ill equipped infantry attack. The tanks roll over them and continue eastward...

Our infantry forces have swept through the Northeastern sector of Alabama, fighting their way through moderate resistance in Jackson, DeKalb, Marshall, Etowah, Blount, and St. Clair. They are now at the border of Jefferson county, temporarily resting.

In an attack totally unexpected by enemy forces, three Armored Divisions rolled into Lauderdale and Colbert, accompanied by supporting forces. Two divisions have broken off from the main group, and blitzed through Franklin, Marion, Fayette. They expect to make Tuscaloosa by nightfall. The other forces have been deployed to guard the supply lines and to rout up resistance between the two zones we control.
