Comrades,
Firstly let me thank all of you whom have welcomed me into the international community. Secondly, to the people of Samos, I accept your leader's invitation to st up an embassy on the Island. I also offer Samos the opertunity to do the same on Cayo Island. I hope that the future will see a healthy relationship between our nations.

Now, what is to be done? My main concern is to set up a National Health Service for all our citizens, why should we make working families face ruin should they fall ill? The Cayan economy, once very strong, now only reasonable must also be put firmly back on track! Cayan's enjoy some of the best living conditions in our region and indeed the world I say, I want this to continue and improve!

The Cayan Outer Islands, namely the populated two of Hoko and Falos must be dragged up to par with the Cayo Motherland. I also fear that the fate of Antigo Island is far from secure, and accordingly I have made to decision to set up a full-time military base and port on the island, not only will this aid in securing our claim to the island against Hutu, but it will provide extra security to the region and Cayo Island.

Some of you may wonder what the fate of our nuclear arms will be? Now that this has been mentioned let me firstly invite the leader of Samos Island to join the Antorrian Alliance, although Cayo and Samos cannot be in union, should two nations with such close ties and inter-dependance not aid in eachother's defence and well-being? In our uncertain world I cannot run the risk of disposing of our nuclear arms, but they will be retained as a last resort for defence only.

Can Cayo become even greater now? Yes, we can and we will, our army grows in numbers and in technology and I am confident that our economy will make an upward turn. What is to be done? Whatever it takes!

The government of the Armed Republic of Redhawks is pleased to hear this. We will keep our Naval Task Force in the area for an uncertain amount of time. If you or Samos Island requires any aid of any sort, our nation is happy to help. A delegate is accompaning the task force, which will be docking in Samos Island very shortly. He will act as a communicator between our Govt and yours. Simply contact the Redhawks embasy in Samos Island if you require any aid.

On another note, are you experiencing any problems from those still loyal to the last president? If you require assistance, a group of Marines is accompaning the task force also. Just give us the word, and they can be deployed to any area within the region.
