I have realized it is time to form a Unified National Defense Confederation comprised of allied nations whom wish to bring forth a new age of help and aid to all nations in situation distress by means of Medical and Mechicanical, if not Military, Aid. Nations within this Confederation would combine their efforts into one acting body that would send forth its units to aid any nation in distress, by any means required.

Know that there is a United Nations, I have realized that this United Nations cannot send forth units to aid such nations in distress, henceforth I now continue to see the requirement of a sepret body of Unified and Allied Nations that will cooperate and set forth actions to be done, agreed, and comenced to aid a fellow or non-fellow nation in distress.

It would be benificial to have such a body, and, without having to propose such purpose to the currupt UN that would never pass such a suggestion, I must place this decision now to you all, to join and lend your powers into this body of government and military aid that will help fellow NationStates Nations in distress.

Think. Consider. Act.

Do this, and be wise. It is now your decision as such to join, yet it is now the cause of this Confederation to be allied with fellow NationStates Nations to act with an Unified Spirit in help or defense of fellow or non-fellow, nations not joined in the Confederation, Nations.

The Global Defense Confederation is formed for the soul purpose of the Unified Effort of NationStates Nations to help and/or assist militaraly, medically, and any other possibility, of nations within and out of the GDC. Our Aristoi have conferred and realized that, due to the unique structure of our government, we can always field more troops per capita than any other government barring recruitment of partisans. Thus, we have been offering our forces to nations in need.

We have, so far, supplied an anti-revolutionary force of 20,000 troops to reverse a coup d'etat; at the time, this consisted of a fiftieth of a third of our force. Now's we're up to over 13 million troops- a full third of our population, as laid out in our country's charter and Plato's Republic.

So, in a sense, the region of the Logarchy is already fulfilling this charter... we just get paid for it :D

OOC: u do know most nations will say ur godmodding Logarchy cos well no nation in the World can support more then say 6-7% tops and thats risking it

Credonia is interested in joining this organization of nations

229 Kingsbry would like to join this alliance in supplying medical and humanitarian aid but must insist that before we sign to a constitution of such an alliance- we are permitted to perform a spell-check!

The Allied States of Rotovia will join on the provisio that a postion of either Vice Chairman or Head of Diplomatic Relation alongside with complete veto power is granted.

If our condition are met you will have the full backing of Rotovia, economically. politcally and shoudl the need be it's military and that of it's allies.

the atheists reality will join this alliance, to provide military aid in the form of 10 our new Dark Worm main battle tanks(think double barrelled nuclear bunker at ten times the cost, which is why i can only provide so few.)

OOC: Actually, I've established the 1/3 figure from the very beginning, with sensitivity to the godmoding issues. I've managed to work out how it could be done on the basis of Plato's Republic. One third, trained from birth in the military. Military-controlled farms, certain military-controlled industries, etc. The bottom portion (not quite 2/3) creates the economic infrastructure necessary to support the military. The remaning fraction smooths over debate, orders the society, and plans for the future. Sparta had a military not quite as large but still in excess of 20% of the population; they could have supported more had they not spent most of their time brutally suppressing the slave population.

This is how we've managed to get it done. Our civil liberties will take some hits over time, but Plato and I agree that it's possible.
