To meet the needs of the project naor (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=99618), the requesting the submission of tenders for ship hulls. basically if you have decommision large space craft, we are willing to pay for their hulls. we'll pay less for ships that we have to gut.
the hulls are to meet the following requirements:
- minimum dimension 100 metres.
- minimal manourvering thrusters
- no super-liminal equipment
- lifesupport/internal gravity plants optional
- no major structual defects
- minimal minor structural defects
