Well, lesse:
1. People frown on small nations that ROLEPLAY getting their nukes, even if its just one or two WWII like bombs. From what I can see, your going to take as many as you can get, and go to somebody saying 'WTFOMG! U R SUKZOR! I NOOK JU!' No offence if you are not one of those people, but we have lots of them and we are quite paranoid here on NS.
2. You cannot produce nukes, or but more than a few with your current pop/economy. This kinda makes it pointless because if your going to use nukes you want to make sure whowever your attacking is a glass plate once your finish so they cant do anything like counterattacking.
3. Unless you want them for terrorism, in which case I will just put an embargo on you now and not wait 'till later.
4. Then again, you could be a one time poster and your never coming back. No loss then.
