President John Harold claimed that the USSY was Nuclear capable and that they should not be restricted to haveing conventional weapons in their arsenal.

Seriously, even the Dictatorship of Benicius is not nuclear armed and we have been around a bit longer than you. However the Fuhrer recently initiated a defence build up which includes a new technology which will seriously alter the balance of power in the region, once completed. However resource restrictions will delay progress.

Whoever said anything about nuking this guy? I'm not wasting a precious nuke on this waste of skin. I'm talking about explaining to him the general policy on nukes throughout NS.

Well when can I have them?. I think we deserve to have them we only want them to add to our arsenal.

Pff, I don't care. If you roleplay them well, I say have them whenever you want, from day one onwards. Too often, we get these poop-flinging crowds of monkeys who assume that any nation younger than them isn't allowed to have any sort of technology; I find that those sorts drive away as many good players as they do the bad ones.

To all the monkeys who may be reading this, just a slight tip: if you think someone's 'too young' for nukes, or whatever, DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THEM! I don't mean fire off your über-super-mega ignore cannons of +1 bandwagonness, I mean don't post in their topics and ignore their country's actions affects on you. Sheesh, is it that hard?

OOC: This has been explained to you before, Yatonsa. You have to have been playing for 30 RL days and have at least 100 million population before you can have nukes.

Your economy can't support them either- its' "Fragile" as of today's date and its a fairy safe assumption that there's no one in the country qualified to operate, maintain, or store any sort of Nuclear Weapons. And as I said earlier, someone would either steal it or bribe the scientists anyway...

We futher remind you that we are supporting your Armed Forces as part of a Defence Arrangement, but our financial resources are not unlimited and as such we must strongly counsel you against a Nuclear Weapons Program until such time as the International Community feels that you are ready for such a responsibility.

Should you experience any difficulties with other Nations that might conceivably warrant a Nuclear Solution, please feel free to inform the Imperial Defence Bureau and we shall intervene on your behalf.
