Greetings. I am Yuri Kalyav, Envoy to newly-appointed President Estlund. Having been forced from our homes by religious persecution to form a nation in the mountains, we are in dire need of shelter and food, and request foreign assistance in these regards. A peacekeeping force is not necessary (although one may be welcome), as we have plenty of bullets, but no bread. The MMM (Mormon Monarchist Militia) took control of our once-prosperous nation, and it is now under the yoke of martial law. We are not looking for war with the Mormons; we seek only our own freedom for the immediate future. Seed crops would be helpful; there is some arable land on the plateau we can utilize.

No_State_At_All, all we're looking for are seed crops and food drops for the next 2-3 months, so that we don't starve while our crops are growing. We need crops suitable for a temperate zone, and some farm animals (sheep and chickens, please no pigs or cows). We have a reasonably secure, habitable location, but we're lacking food and shelter. For shelter all we need are a couple air drops of temporary shelters, as we have plenty of foresters in our numbers, and plenty of coniferous forests in the lower areas of the Westok mountains.

All donated supplies are appreciated, and when we have stabilized and can repay you, we will.

CornixPes is astonished by the hostile lack of assistance current Nations who have come forth have given. Although CornixPes can not take in refugees because of a current immigrance problem - we could be of help in other ways. We are sending over transport helicopters to the mountians with gallons of water and lots of rations. These rations are composed of needed vitimins and minerals. We are also sending over warm clothes from our generous charities. Our protection is limited but we will help at a drop of a hat.

Hattia will accept any and all refugees. We will move some of our ships (non-military) into the area so that can begin to airdrop food and tents (Hattian military surplus). And lastly we will donate 10 million USD.

Any and all refugees from any country are allowed access to the Technocratic Empire of the Empire Fenix, however they would be not be able to be given citizenship as it would be hoped they would be able to rturn to their country of origin. However under specific curcumstances citizenship and all other ammeanities may be granted to those unable to return to their homeland. However due to Divine law they would not be able to vote the Dias (prime minister) into power, though all other positions are open to all.
