National Anthem:
Look for a song on winMX called "reunion of blood and roses". they prolly don't hold a copyright outside of japan anyway, so it should be legal. but please don't quote me on that.
It's a very long song, so the unabridged version is generally only played at New Year, across all radio stations, TV networks and out of speakers dotted around high streets. All buildings with bells (e.g. churches) are required to ring them at the appropriate part, which is the only part people stand up for, cause it's a long song and thier legs will ache otherwise

National Dish:
a very spicy stew, with small beef sausages... it's called Lava Toads dispite containing no Lava or Toads. Hot foods have been a center of Skittletopian Cuiusine since centuaries ago when the Aristocracy would give foreign merchants insanely spicy dishes and judge the eater by how he reacted. If he struggled through it afraid of offending thier host they knew they could haggle a lot. if he complained that the dish was too spicy they would know he was no fool and give an honest price. If he ate it and appeared to enjoy it they would often be so impressed they would bestow gifts upon him or be more liberal with thier wallets. So people began to cheat and train thier pallets up to be able to handle anything the host threw at them. Skittletopia's Chillis soon became world recognised.

If I have my way in the Destroying Higaly thread, ATA wont have a national anthem shortly, he wont even have a country.
He will have lots and lots of government officials working of the national debt in salt mines.
