Todays top story came when the Slarinan Liberation Army, or the SLA, sent out a sattelite transmission to the President of Slarina Christopher Archer. The message stated that the SLA, and its 2 million fanatical members, had siezed control of the lower eigth of Slarina. They declared themselves a new nation, prompting the President and his advisors to declare war on the SLA. President Christopher Archer gavve this message earlier today."

" My fellow Slarinians, tody is indeed a dark day in the history of our nation. We have faced turmoils before, but never have we had to face our own people. Today, at 3:26 PM, the Slarinian Liberation Army, took control of the lowest 3,000 sq miles of Slarinia. They have disbanded from us, and leave me and all of us with no other choice, but to retaliate against them. I am sad to say, that as of this moment, Slarinia is in a state of civil war."
