Treaty of Fei Fong Wong signed

Today the treaty of Fei Fong Wong was signed by dignitaries of the COC, Manarth, and Henceland Omega. (Late signer Edenstein)
Whereas the Nations here signed have uniformly agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the treaty, let it be resolved that:
1: A state of peace will exist between the signed nations, superseeding all other treaties both written and verbal.
2: The nations will come to one another's aid if and only if attacked by an outside force. If one of the signed nations attacks another, the other nations are required to come to the non-aggressor's aid.
3: The signing countries will be able to use facilities of the other countries, in times of peace and war, unless prohibited by another treaty, provided they pay the market low for the other countries services.
4: Tarrifs will be lowered to 0% on the following items at the following ports: Foodstuffs, "small consumer goods" (see appendix A for list of items in this category)
Waka Laka (HO), Port Hrabe (Manarth), Londonderry (COC), Raliegh (Edenstein)
5: Tarrifs at those ports will be limited to 2.150% on the following items: Automotive, Iron ore, steel.
6: If any signed nation goes to war with another signed nation's ally, that nation may, if they so choose, dissolve the treaty provided they give 3 days warning.
7: Ownership of the Welland Canal will be granted jointly to all signers of this treaty, provided they donate an proportional amount of resorces to it's care and upkeep. No ships flying a flag of those countries will be taxed for transversing the canal, and no warships will be denied access to the canal for any reason.

This isn't the actual treaty, just a news reporting of the treaty being signed.
It is illegal to have more than 1 nation. You play the game, you respect the rules. The consequence of this? Its possible that both nations will be deleted. And yes: it has happened before.

B) He is not required to add people to a thread he devised...meh.
C) What rule violation is this supposed to be exactly, anyways?

OOC: I did say it when I posted that COC Manarth and HO have signed it. I perposefully didn't include the clause "Everyone sign this if you want to". Geeze. Just because I don't specifically tell you you can't do a thing doesn't mean you can go and do it.
As for rule violations, I hardly think that this is a violation of any sort. I have seen many a nation do similar things. Besides, all Manarth really RP's with is LOTI and LETI nations, and you aren't either of those, and thus more or less irrelevent to our part of the game. So why don't you go find a December 2004 nation to sick your 3 million man army on.

And by the way, it's illegal to have more than 1 UN nation. In fact more than one regular nation is encouraged.
