Message to the International Community

To all my fellow leaders, as the leader of Axe Weilding Maniacs, I am wishing to purchace horribly large amounts of Iron Ore, or processed Steel as my nation is about to go into production of a large number of Naval Vessels for sale to the International Community.

I would like any nations interested in selling any excess to reply here, so we can arrange costs, and benefits.

The Empire of Layarteb does export steel at a price of $250 per tonne.

1 Tonne (or metric ton) = 1,000 kg. or 2,204 lb.

Foe Hammer Mining and Metals currently exports the highest-quality steel at 12 cents per pound. We can provide any amount you require.

Edit: 12 cents x 2000 lbs = $240 per standard (US) Ton. We do offer Bulk discounts, though. Any order of 200 tons or more = 10% Discount

For a fee, we will construct ships for you. Would you be interested? Just send us specs, and we'll produce them. Our dockworks are of the finest calibre, and our fleet is the pride of our nation. We only produce the finest, and you can have that.

A highly important question would be in the size of ship your shipyards can accomodate. My shipyards are mainly geared at producing Battleships and larger, which will be offered to the international community.

This means that the question is how many Destroyers / Cruisers do you think you will be able to produce.

The desert on which the glorious Armed Republic of Social Extremists is built does contain large amounts of Iron. We do not currently mine enough for export but some of the our mining franchises are on the open market.
Our largest mining corporation is RockCorp have recently announced the sale of one of their mines for $300m. This mine will comfortably supply much of your industrial needs.
We are also prepared to waive the export tax in return for one of the vessels that you are building.

The Artems dockworks has berths for four large ships (battleships, supercarriers, our Dominators) and facilities for twelve support ships. Terenaus dockworks can produce two large and eight support. The Capital dockworks can currently produce six support ships and ten submarines. I'm sorry, but the Isis and Osiris facilities remain closed do to security concerns, but the slots listed are currently open.

Terenaus - 2 Large Ships, 8 Support
Capital - 6 Support, 10 Submarines

Social Extremists, this is indeed an exciting proposal, but we suspect you mean to sell your mines for ~300 billion.
As such, 300 billion has been wired to your international bank account, and we have started to ship mining equipment to the locale' as we speak.
