Citizens of Nazguul. This is your President, Viktor Lazlo. We have recieved a threat from the Nation of Hirmania. I ask you to please listen to this telecast..

In the future, mind your own buisness. Or i'll stick an ICMB up your ass.
We will not tolerate threats from anyone. Hirmania, to you, I issue this statement:
Take your ICBM and put it in that place where the sun doesn't shine. We will not tolerate your empty threats. As you already saw, we formed an alliance against your nation.
We have already set up homeland defenses and ICBM ground-to-air missile defences.
We have also mobilized our 1st, 2nd and 3rd SS Panzer Divisions around the city. If there are anymore threats, we will retaliate.

The Armed Republic Of Nazguul will not invade Hirmania. We simply wish for their warmongering ways and empty threats to stop. It's obvious that he hasn't the proper facilities to support and properly store armaments of that nature.
To Extonia and Pwnica, I humbly thank you both for your support in these matters. I hope that none of our Nations have to suffer at the hands of such an un-intelligent leader.

The Hirmanian 43rd Storming Platoon are allways ready to kick some Capitalist ASS.

From now on I extend my ire too all nations who threaten ICBM launches, if someone says "I'll n00k j00" I don't bomb them because they threatened me... however, if they IC declare they are opening their Silos I will probably get my carriers mobilised and the NAFDA system running...

Basically, if any nation uses ICBM's without a damn good reason I will personally see to it that they don't have ICBM's once I'm done with them.

We arn't doing this because we want to help you directly, we just hate nations threatening the use of ICBM's without realising that "mutually assured destruction" is still an important factor, while the nation you nuke may not be able to respond, people like me can and I don't use ICBM's, I use my shear military numbers to just enter your nation and disarm you.

We doubt your assistance will be needed Nazguul, our allies are lots and we are strong enough to be able to do without your nations assistance in any given conflict, nice sentiment though so I'll just say that we're square... I don't want any assistance, I'll do just fine on my own.

what type ICBMs do u have Nucular warheads or normal for if u have Nukes i call u (Hirmania) a godmodder 4 he is a day old and u can not have (most people will not let u) have nukes till ur a month old.

in any unproviced attack is made on eaver side i will support that side.

Ill stay nuetral for now but i will help support Hirmania if he is attacked by Nazguul. Besides both of you have a long time left till your a month old you shouldnt even think of war till your atleast a month old and have a chance of defending yourself without help of others.
