As I live in a region with a monstrously psychotic ruler, I think I should start preparing an army and airforce. I need to buy the spects for tanks, airplanes, choppers, artillery, personal weapons, and personal body army. I don't want to buy the stuff, just the spects please. I would prefer a telegram as my desk is a bloddy mess and I won't realize I have received something unless it is personally given to me or my staff.
