To all:
Although Demonix rarely interacts with the International Community, and oten disagrees with how the world is being run in general, I propose an International Weapons Agreement, to be signed below by all who wish to participate. This comes as a result of many requests from outsiders for weapons of mass destruction and terror. We refuse to sell them to anyone who is smaller than 100 million people, and limit sales on nations smaller than 250 million people.
This agreement is for all of the undersigned to ban the sale of large arms (Tanks, Missiles, Nuclear and Chemical agents) to small nations. This shall prevent rogue nations with nothing to lose from attacking at random and terrorists from using these countries as hinding places during UN inspections and such.
If you are ready to put a stop to terrorism, sign below with your name, postition in your government, and which weapons you manufacture that you wish to ban the sale of to countries smaller than 100 million, 250 million, etc.
I realize that I represent a country of a mere 120 million but I do not ask others to sell to me and I enforce the same ethics on those who wish to purchase large arms from me. I ask that in the intrest of global balance, that all intrested nations sign below.
