After a very long and very brutal battle on the lands of Hutu, the attacking forces have made the decision to pull out of Hutu and leave it to its own follies. With rage boiling and paranoid citizens armed with shotguns and rifles roaming the streets things have finally reach the point of no return. Angry citizen, militia men, and ex-soldiers are now taking to the streets and claiming parts of the country and splitting up the capitol city. The largest group of this civil war is the Hutuian Socialist Party, which was until the war the ruling party of Hutu. Although there is no clear second place party there are still many more parties that are strong enough and trying to take power in the nation.

Hutuian Socialist Party

The largest party in the nation, this party commands the central most part of the capitol. This part of the city contains the barracks, airfield, and government buildings. This area is also fortress like and almost impossible to enter. The party also controls massive parts of the Hutu, Kamchatka, and Vacca provinces, with a small influence in Shimdah. The party is led up by Admiral Kafekh, the head of the Hutuian Navy and James Roach III grandson of the disposed Premier. This party specializes in small unit tactics based off of the Spetsnaz maneuvers. The goals of the party are to reunite the people of Hutu with their Socialist ways, bringing back the way of life all Hutuians are used to.

Democratic Liberalists

The Democratic Liberalists control the southern most part of the capitol city, and a small part of central Hutu and a small part of southern Shimdah. Their forces are led by a small time politician Julius Tocsin. The group is nothing more than a small band of guerillas that wish to install a small Democratic Higher Archy with their leader playing the part of an elected dictator.

Islamic Fundamentalist Party

The Islamic Fundamentalists control the majority of Shimdah and wish nothing more than peace for Shimdah. They are led by Muqmarekh Mammas Al-Ishmiel, the son of infamous terrorist Muqmarekh Al-Ishmiel. If they gain the needed power they will only liberate and free Shimdah, then pull out of the civil war.

These are the current leading parties that have emerged from the battle, though only time will tell how many more parties will be vying for the power of the Hutuian leadership. Newspapers have already been hinting around to who the next major parties will be and a couple have been rumored as James McCaffrey of the Nation Socialist(Nazi) Party and Salvatore Adonis of the Eastern Bloc Party, though it is yet to be seen if either of these men have the caliber needed to survive in Hutu.

((OOC: I ask that all other nations restrict their RPing in this as to only stating support to a party or donating money, as I wish to leave all the true battles to myself so things do not get complicated and out of hand.))

Shortly after the parties boundries are truely set up the first battles of the civil war erupt, this war has become one without bounds, the Islamic Party with a large supply of terrorists and biological weapons, and the Socialist party with the cutting edge army and nuclear arms. There is truely no safe place in this country now.

Islamic Fundamentalist Party Vs. Hutuian Socialist Party

In northern Shimdah just after sundown a caravan of old trucks and vans painted dark grey speed towards a Socialist base. Within moments the vehicles are picked up on the bases radar and the bases Interceptor missile system is activated. Once the caravan is within 7 miles of the base and on the flat drag before it the missile are launched, 17 in all striking the heart of the attackers force.

The colum is busted up but quickly resumes its line and opens fire on the Redoubt like base. The rounds bounce off the heavy concrete base as the high caliber AA/AT wall guns turn and open fire on the attackers. The colum scatters and quickly from the rear of the group a small sports car comes blasting past the rest and slams into the wall of the redoubt and explodes punching a large hole in the side of the fortress.

150 soldiers quickly fill the gap and begin firing their assult rifles. Although most of these men are cut down by machine gun fire they do draw enough attention for the wall guns to take out the rest of the colum. All in all, 32 IFP vehicles are destroyed, 7 are crippled, 78 Soldiers killed, 92 wounded, and 20 captured. Also, 23 HSP soldiers are killed and 30 are wounded, along with roughly 7.4 million dollars worth of damages to the base.

After the attacks on the Socialist base in Northern Shimdah, James Roach decides to make a larger move on both of his oppenants. Knowing that they have the superior forces and if worst comes to worst he can ruin the nation with the nuclear weapons he poses. Within hours the plan is formulated and attacks are under way.

Ishmael City - IFP Vs HSP

At roughly 3 AM hundreds of planes, bombers, and air transports blaze off the run way from the eastern most base in Hutu, 65 miles away from Ishmael City. In no time at all the city is lit up with AA fire and the bombs hitting the earth. After the majority of the AA fire is halted because of either lack of ammo or it has been hit by bombs, the heavy bombers arrive to pummel the city once again.

Roughly 30 minutes pass and the 105th Airborne drops in over the city their forces are as follows;

100 Light Tanks

The men drop in just south of the city and quickly go about taking out key positions in they city such as barracks and airfields. With a small portion of the city taken they must not hold it at all costs while surrounded with light air support. After the first wave of combat current records of dead and wounded are incalcuable at the time.

Sobakagrad - HSP HQ

"Admiral, it seems we are going to win this civil war." says James Roach laughing a bit looking out the window of the Kremlin like his grand father did so many times during his rule of the nation.

"That it does sir, that it does." The Admiral replies seated in a chair on the other side of Roach's desk.

An aid rushes in the room in a slight panic as he comes to a quick halt saluting the men, "Sir, i've got some bad news."

The men nod and Roach steps foreward to the aid, "What is it? How bad could anything be we almost control the whole country."

"The Nazi's sir. They offically joined this war." The aid said.

"Ah, yea so what? Its McCaffrey and three other saps they'll never make it."

"Sir, but I didn't finish, McCaffrey and Adonis have teamed up. They also seem to have a bid in with Tocsin for him to join the side of theirs. They're calling themselves the Voice of Reason."

"Very well then, find out what you can about their Reason, and have their Voice removed." Roach says and nods to the man and he walks out of the room closing the large doors behind him. With the aid gone Roach goes back to the window, mutters something to himself and laughs a bit.

The Voice of Reason

As President of GCON- civil war among the populous of GCON members is something that we absolutely do not want to see.

Therefore I am offering a temporary peace treaty to the waring factions in Hutu and Shimdah.-

1. Lay down your arms and call a cease-fire.

2. Each faction send ambassadors to meet at a GCON sponsered peace negotiation.

3. See if the factions can reach an agreement of some sort.


Or you could just simply let GCON divide the nation among the factions, and send in peace-keepers to protect the peace. But we must stop this violence, and all sides must be prepared to make concessions at the peace talks.

"Have more troops deployed in Ishmael City, have Spetsnaz find McCaffrey, and launch a missile strike at the Democratic Liberals HQ." Roach lets off the button and leans back in his chair with arms behind his head smiling.

With the 105th airborne landed and a portion of the downtown or Ishmael City secure, they radio in that the LZ is secure. Soon after the 7th and 12th airlift wings take off for the area to aid and resupply the 105th.

Once the 7th and 12th arrive a small platoon from the 105th moves out on recon. The 3rd platoon is made up of 52 men and 3 light tanks. While on patrol they come across a group of IFP soldiers and quickly go about flanking them. The IFP forces are intermixed with civilians, yet the HSP forces still open fire on them.

When the dust settles, 32 IFP fighters are dead, 17 wounded, and 1 captured. 3 HSP soldiers are wounded and 1 tank lightly damaged, along with 24 dead civilians and 39 wounded.

Vacca - Vaccagrad

In northern Vacca lies the capitol city of Vaccagrad, a small fortress like city high in the mountains. The city is the home base of the Democratic Liberalists. Word has come along that Mr. Tocsin is having a meeting somewhere in the large city with the leaders of The Voice of Reason. The choice to make a pre-emtive missile strike is made and from Sobakagrad, Juban, and Kiev missiles are aimed and launched.

The strike contains 34 heavy Lenin IV rockets, 10 light V-7 rockets, and 1 medium V-11 rocket tipped with a biological load of Small Pox and Anthrax. After air surveilence it is rumored that Mr Tocsin had been killed by the attack yet the leaders of VoR were unkown.

Meanwhile back in Sobakagrad

Roach recieves word of the news and is very pleased and decides to let Kafekh go off and launch a sea campaign against Ishmael City. Once Roach is all alone he recieves a phone call from his advisor board.

"Sir," The head advisor starts, "I think you should eliminate Kafekh while the time is yours, he's gaining too much respect from the people and over shaddowing your fine leadership."

Roach remains quiet for a moment and then mutters a bit, "Have it done."

"Yes sir! Also, it seems Bigmenistan wants to end this. They want delegates from each faction and wants to split up the nation."

"Alright, i'll send them a message." Roach hangs up the phone and calls in his secretary.
