Also, he can't have stealth bombers, especially not to sell them. His GDP is about 52 billion, and his govt buget about 8 billion (GDP Calc). Buying four of those chappies would cost his entire government budget, leaving nothing for health, education, or any other defence. And the development project? Not a chance. Your nation is way too small for this. Come back wen you get into the hundreds and try again.
