The Rotovian Department of Defence has announced that today research into Nuclear Missile Deployment has finally yeilded successful methods for the use of Neutron Bombs. Construction of 25 Neutron Bombs is scheduled to begin tommorow and will be added to Rotovia's current stockpile. It is unclear whether the missile and it's plans will be added to the International Weapons Protection Act which currently prevents the sale of Bio Weapons and many other WMD to nations not approved by the Regional Command Council.

Government spokepeople have been quite clear that the government has no intention of using them in military conflict at present and will hold them only as a deterant messure.

Neutron bombs effects are confined to small areas, unlike Antimatter, where a pound will gouge a nice big chunk out of the earth.

Also, neutrons will not "Scorch" the earth. They can't affect matter. A neutron bomb the size of the average nuke won't have a fourth of the blast area. You'd need a neutron bomb the size of a small nation. Funny how you ignore people for being right.

You're an idiot, a neutron is isn't much diffrent to a nuclear bomb. It's just generally smaller and spews out radioactive material minust the explotion. Just like an EMP is a Nuclear Explosion minus the... firey stuff.

This is Sad... TFU is so stuck in thinking he is right that he can't even see the truth. Also TFU it is spelled moving... I applaud the production of the Neutron Bomb. It is mainly a tactical weapon best designed for a percision strike against large masses of troops. Anyone remember the so called "red mercury" scare.
