My country is looking for used merchant and cargo ships. I would like to start being able to trade and what not with other nations so I need the ships soon. Give me a price and I will decide. Also I need the specs. for the ships. Or if your country can build them at a competitive price then that could work. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
