Err, I must be getting old. I still think anyone newer than April can't possibly have nukes. Anyhow, I doubt that you'd have nukes to sell considering your only about 2 months old.

Standard minimum is 1 month before nukes. Would I sell them, to anyone, ever? No.

Standard minimum? Since when? I don't remember even contemplating having nukes until May. Then again, I started with WW2 era weapons because they were cheap and what a real world young nation would have to buy, but of course young nations nowadays can suddenly create an infrastructure and economy without using their budget.

Whole lot have said a month minimum, hell 90% of the people I've seen have said this. Yeah not many people do use their budgets and for a WWII era nation it would take some time to develop a nuke but for a modern-tech nation then it wouldn't take as long.

Well, to sound like an old geezer...in my day nations didn't start at modern for the most part. As people said back then "your armed with pointy sticks." You really started at a very base level and had to slowly build up your military. Nobody did much of this starting at modern or future crap. You started at the bottom and you worked your way up.

Definitely isn't a bad idea I have to say that. But hell you should see what they start out with when they do future tech, it's like photon accelerator cannons, etc. LOL its funny.
