Ahahahahahaah... ok.. right
:D no comment...
Rebeland, you are officially the biggest retard in NS history, and that's hard to top. Not only are you still too young to own these weapons yourself, but you want to sell them to anyone and everyone who can afford them? You'll have better luck trying to bite your left ear, speaking of which you may want to start on that now.
My country is economically stable, and has a large population. Don't respond if you have nothing to say.

you're a bad bad person, letting all the toddlers walk around with nukes sticking out of there nappies.....*tuts*
Any nation who is too young to have nukes will be ignored by a lot of people if you sell nukes to them.
My country would be extremely interested in accquiring plans for uranium enrichment facilities. We are a small nation but we have some services you may be interested in.

40 million is not large, my colony has a larger population than that. There are nations with over three billion people, you are not at all large. Cut it out before some one decides to carpet bomb you for your stupidity.
You, Rebeland, are truely crazy.
*sigh* If anything the fear of nuclear war has prevented war, not instigated it. You see, before nuclear weapons, there was nothing to prevent one country from invading another. It is only fair that these newbies be able to defend themselves.

Okay, then I have this to say:
Quit being a moron. The reason nuclear weapons are unattainable before at least one months time is for the sake of roleplay. A small, new, nation is not going to have them. And certainly no one wants everyone to have nuclear weapons. Or else roleplay becomes a disaster. People get nuts on wether the enemy is going to use nukes. And if he uses them, you use them. And the point of that isssss?? NOTHING! Congrats both nations are wiped out!
Continuing to "sell" nuclear weapons wether you have them or not will earn you a very bad reputation in nation states. And may even have a consequent result of all nations here not recognizing that you have nuclear capability, not power, after one months time. We could postpone it to two, even three months if you continue with this.
Ya, SOME newbies. some n00bs will buy them and attack you with them. Wait a month.
Fine, since I'm just so generous, I'll buy 50 of the bombs. For delivery, I'd like them scattered through the major cities of Rebeland and detonated. Hopefully we can do business again soon!
I would love to quip with you, but I can't talk to those mired in ineptitude.

It's so cute to see kids these days actually use the vocabulary words they learn in school every now and then.

Ha oh how rich! As an intellectual I must suffer persecution and ostracization. At least I have a vocabulary.

here's a test Rebeland: what is the definition of mired and ineptitude?
if we weren't involved in our own revolution, we would respond in a way you wouldn't care for.

Rebeland, do you want your ass kicked?
Though your question was to be taken as rhetorical, here we go:
Mired:To hinder, or entrap (from the word mire)
Ineptitude: Idiotic, stupid, incompetent (from the wor inept)
The thing is, nuclear weapons of mass destruction are just not that ubtainable. The equipment used to build them and enrich the uranium is hugley expensive to build and maintain, not to mention the engineers and scientists needed to mold plotonium into usable trigger devices. If you were capable of building them, youd keep them for yourself, and youd not even consider exporting them for that little money. Nuclear weapons on NS are sold for billions, not just for the cost of manufature, but for the cost in responsibility and trust. Im sure the afghan government could come up with a couple million, but that sure as hell doesnt mean anyone would sell them a weapon of nuclear mass destruction. There has to be a massive level of trust among a nation exporting a nuclear device and the one buying. Selling to just any nation is neither realistic or responsible. Dont do it or people will ignore you, or anhilate you to give good reason to ignore you.

Odd, a Mensa member should know that there is no such word as ostracization, and should also know that Mensa should be capitalized. I'm not a Mensa member, because I don't care to be in a group full of braggarts, egotists, and pseudo-intellectuals.
OOC: Pardon me for saying so, but your spelling is atrocious
IC: Yes, but you fail to see one important factor. Rebeland is so rich in Uranium that we practically give it away. The plutonium we have, is from certain black markets, and our scientists are paid with room and board.

The Imperium takes grave offense to this action, as the continued sale of nuclear weapons to foreign lands is a possible threat to our existance.
Therefore, if you do not cease and desist immediately, you will be hit with the full force of Fyrehearts military power.
You have 24 hours to comply. Not one minute more.

a.) The Mighty Hugolandian Ignore-Cannon
b.) A Raid from the Royal Hugolandian Air Force to destroy your factories?

Armed siblings, rebeland has ceased export of nuclear weapons. Reconnaisince flights by Das Uber-Deutschland will make sure of this under penalty of air strikes by her, and her allies.
(ooc: no one likes the grammar geek rebeland. It seems everyone resorts to this annoying statement of pseudo intelectual superemacy in the face of some common sense wisdom.)

Hey i'll take
20 Uranium cells
5 P.I.M's
Thanks man

I would also like 10 ICBM's

They've all been withdrawn from the market, I believe because they never existed.
New nations shouldn't have nuclear weapons. To try and make a fast buck like this is stupid
Hate to rain on yer parades, gents...
If you wish to 'role play' in some way that reflects the true state of the world, then this is exactly correct.
Small nations selling second- hand nukes to other politically questionable dictatorships. Like me :)
I just set up a deal to purchase twenty. They'll fit nicely in my Soviet fire-sale Typhoon class SSBN :p
The true role of nukes is just as I intend to use 'em: deterrence. And ya know what? 20 nukes makes a much better deterrent than 2,000 because nobody's crazy enough to launch 2,000. But twenty? Yeah, I will if ya push me.
Carpet bomb me, ya suckers! I double dare ya :D
Sleep tight, cuz this crap is really going in the real world as you read this.

I ask you, how many real-world nations are nuclear? How many of them have a population of 32 million? :P
Edit: Don't count Isreal, it gets a lot of funding and technology from the US.
I stopped selling nukes about 60 posts ago!
