Another 150,000 soldiers come city. They managed to kill all the gansters. Now their main goal was to destroy everything else. But meanwhile, a group off armed forces dropped from the sky. It was CS's forces. The forces killed 100,000 soldiers and the rest went back and returned normal as always.

In view of the above events DGNT issues this statement:

The government of ATA has gone overboard, its leader is clearly insane and unfit for office, as you can see by his actions and his loss of the ability to spell. Therefore DGNT recomends the following action be taken:
A peacekeeping force be sent to ATA to disband the government, restore order to the city, and install a functional, sane, government.

This may come in the form of either a rebbelion or an invasion, and DGNT states to the International Community that this is IMPORTANT. There are millions of people living in ATA, any one of them could be next. Are we to sit idly by while this madman kills the people? HE MUST BE STOPPED.

So, unless there is a massive protest of some kind, DGNT is preparing to deploy troops to stop this madness. If the government regains some sanity, we may simply leave peacekeepers and not actualy 'invade'. Until that time this is a military action and any interference with it will be met with utmost force.

If, that is IF, the government regains its sanity and stops this, DGNT will be quite open to treaties, suggestions, and other forms of diplomacy. BUT any treaty reached WILL include:
1. Reparations to the families of those killed
2. Assylum in DGNT or another state if desired by victims of this atrocity
3. Temporary disarmament of ATA
4. Deployment of peacekeeping troops by DGNT for an indefinate time
5. A sincer promise by ATA to NEVER do anything like this again under pain of pain.

Copiosa Scotia has responded to the slaughter in Higaly with a missile strike on ATA's largest port city. Thirty conventional cruise missiles were launched from a single guided missile sub, targeting major port facilities and local government builldings.

The Federation of Glorious Humanity is appalled by ATA's actions. We have watched them for a long time as they pretend to fight terrorists while behaving far worse than any small band ever did. We agree with DGNT, ATA must back down. We will support DGNT if support is needed.

Desudoragon condemns the actions of Copiosa Scotia. Relatively few civilian casualties resulting from the ATA's attack on its own city of Hilgaly. I am sending in 20 infantry divisions, 10 armored divisions, and 7 airborne divisions to act as a peace-keeping force. Copiosa Scotia, I strongly urge you to not attack ATA further unless he continues to kill innocent civilians. At that point, I will assist you in fighting him.

As much as we deplore the actions taken by ATA, they are, embarrasingly, a member of our alliance. This issue has just came to light in the NNA and the NNA would request that all nations would hold off taking military action against ATA until the NNA has taken an official position.

Currently ATA forces are holding out in government buildings and apartment complex's.

A disturbing discovery today.
DGNT soldiers flushing ATA troops out of an elementary school discovered that twenty three children had been lined up against the wall of the gym and shot. DGNT now wonders as to the identity of the other 'gangsters' who ATA massacred.
Further exploration of the school showed that an additional ten children and three teachers had been murdered, all ATA officers who are proven to have ordered these attrocities cannot count on so quick a release.

Soldiers have secured three residential neighborhoods from ATAs soldiers, one was total deserted, and is now in use as a field hospital for civilians, as well as ATA and DGNT soldiers.
DGNT is now securing airlanes for transports to fly civilians who wish for saftey to DGNT.
In another announcment today President 47 declared that ATA will become a part of the DGNT Empire for a period of no more than thirty years unless another nation steps in. If another nation does decide to intercede in the conflict on the side of the peacekeepers a new arrangment will be made.

The final note is that a push is being made on the DGNT side of ATAs boarders, in an effort to provide land supply lines to the troops. Friendly airdrops are ready, but must be scedualed with the military authorities.

Xiaguo has surveyed and monitered this event for the past few days. I must say that if this continues, I do ask the Asian Alliance to take charge immdeiately using a bigger rapid force. This is genocide, murder, horror of the civized world.

A total of 1,500 ATA citizens have requested sanctuary in DGNT and have been removed from the country to undisclosed locations in DGNT.

We are merely sending supplies for ATA to use, suggested in Higaly. We don't support his levelling of the city or his actions, but we have feel an obligation to honor our alliance.

The way into the city, DGNT went, is heavily guarded. Our soldiers are being killed one by one while their forces are in the city. The Prime Minister was in outrage, that DGNT has deployed forces into ATA's plans. As the 400,000 soldiers reinforce the leftovers(250,000), 50,000 rush in to attack more and throw grenades and shoot their rockets. The forces are armed with heavy arms that is powerful enough to destroy tanks...

DGNT retaliates with a force of 100,000 infantry supported with 50,000 Bulldog and Stumpy tanks. A total of 530 fighter/bomber aircraft have been deployed from the Guardian platorm, and the platforms Anti-Missile-Missile defence system is active.

House to house fighting in Higaly slowly turns parts of the city into no-mans-land, soldiers find the city cross sectioned by the areas targeted by DGNT and ATA fire, resulting in a bunch of villages where the city had stood.

More DGNT reinforcements have arrived, a total of 100,000 in all, deployed from space by Droppods and landers.

Inside the city, the massive pre-fab base begins to take form, black shell extending many stories skyward. Fighters and nanolathe construction vehicles swarm about it day and night now, adding molocule by molocule to the structure. Already some of its defenive guns are readied.

In another part of the city, something else is taking shape, though right now it isnt anything more than a system of steel bars being set up by conbots.

The reinforcers that were sent to Highaly was under attacked by a surprise attack from the Peacekeepers. Many troops ran to their cars, packing 6 soldiers at once and exceedly speeding to get into base.

Higalies citizens have responded positivly to the presence of forign troops, tearing down monuments to the former ATA oppression, and raising signs thanking the liberators. Three hundred ATA POWs announced that they wished to leave the country, and have been deported to DGNT, where they will recieve Utopia chip implants, rendering the possiblity of spies and sabatuers moot. Those troops who wished to remain in ATA have been moved to a remote prison in orbit. Three ATA officers belived to have been in charge of the massacres have been executed."
The camera goes blank for a second, then a shot of Higaly citizens tearing down monuments and government insignia on buildings is displayed.

After Xiaguo witnesses the extreme pressure, Xiaguo sends another batch of at least numbering 200,000 soldiers coming back from a truimphant war with Japann.

New weapons has been imported from _Taiwan and Sino and now are being shipped to Higaly's borders. Xiannese troops are now surrounding the city borders.

Abraham Tanks of about 100 are given to Hudecia.

I would like to ask is Higaly near the coast? Rivers? Near Mountains? Near plains? Forrests? Jungles? It would be good info for me to prepare any defense or offense IF necessary.

Excuse me. At present my troops are the only thing preventing you from becoming a colony. We shall not be moved until you and DGNT come to a mutual agreement (one which doesnt involve fighting to the last man). As compensation, Xiaguo donates a sum of 18million dollars as said in the treaty. To Dontgonearthere, and Hudecia for their own way of distribtuion. As for ATA, a sum of 16million dollars are given for the rebuilding.

This proposal has recieved a warm reception from Taipei.

Taipei is willing to donate 15% of the costs (up to $90m) of reconstruction, and is also eager to send in ROTA peacekeepers.

OOC: ATA, I believe that only Chellis is actually serious about going after you, at least thats what he told me.

Also, ATA, why not just claim a military coup takes out your President and gives him a quick trial, convicts him, and executes him? That way you could say that it is a new government - not liable for the sins of the past.
