I would like to declare war on the nation of Namlionor. They run a region that is a threat to smaller regions and I would like to have them eliminated. If anyone could tell me how to do this I would like you to contact me in Hashishi. Thanks for your help.

Step 1: Find out where the individual in question lives.
Step 2: Travel to the above location
Step 3: Beat the individual in question over the head until he falls over

Step 3: Forcibly remove said individual's legs and/or arms, beat them about the head and torso with said limbs, then nail them to the nearest wall with their own fingers.
