I am willing as a gesture of good will to offer a cease fire and draw up a peace agreement. I know this war has been tough on us all but i feel it can no longer go on for the suffering of both are peoples. Please stop your ships and tanks etc and no harm shall come to them or your soldiers. Once again i propose peace over war.

Ok... um... war on the East pacific may just be a little ambitious. Try taking part in some RPs for newbies and get the ropes a little bit. If you even fired one bullet at the East Pacific they would probably have crushed you with a tonne of nukes.
