Ladies and Gentlemen, The acting Cmdr of miltary operations for the Cykotic Federation.

The Cmdr stands up and goes towards the podium to begin his speech.

Welcome and Thank you for attending. As most of you might know, Cmdr John T'zara was killed by DarkEarth forces a few days ago. Since then, we have tried everything we can think of to find a way to destroy the forces to DarkEarth. Under your seats is a folder with information pertaining to The DarkEarth Army.

The attendees pick up the folders and begin reading.

For the last year or so, The Cykotic Federation has faced a threat to the very way of it's life. Riots, Bombings, assassinations of high ranking government offcials. All Orchestrated by The DarkEarth Army. Intel on them is scarce at best and virtually non-existant at times. They have consistanly beat all attempts and infiltration and intellegence gathering and we have tried everything we can think of to beat them. Everything has failed. What you are about to see is a video of an interrogation on a DarkEarth Official.

As you can clearly see, when it comes to interrogation, they would rather commit suicide than reveal the location of the central base camp. They are becoming desparate however. They have threatend two of our most valued allies. The United States of Southern Playaz and The Crusader State of Jeruselem. Attacks on Cykotic and it's allies will not be tolerated. To this end, The Cykotic Federation declaires war on the DarkEarth army and it's affiliate terror groups, of which there are many. This will serve as a message to every terrorist force out there that this kind of act against a nation will be met with force. Our special forces are on stand by any activity and some are in preparation to be sent to Cykotic to assist with this terrorist war. Our alert level has been raised and the armed forces are ready to strike at terrorist camps. Agents are in the streets looking for any action to occur.

The SkyWatch system is scanning the desert for any suspicious camps or settlements not official known.
