Inauna has launched its first ICBM missle, a Peacemaker I, as evidence to the world that this nation is a nuclear power and will defend itself in such manner if it it ever seriously threatened.
Inaunan Supervisor of Defense Thomas Vick announced that the launch was a success and with the missle in orbit the nation has put the first brick in the construction of a space-based national defense system.
"This is a great start to what we hope is a great year" announced Vick.
Inaunan President Catalina Ramirez announced the news to nation in New Year's Day state of the union address. "Fellow Inaunans, in the words of a famous Italian literary figure, "This is the year to live dangerously."
Many Inaunans expressed concern and worries about the news of the missle launch. One Inaunan who hails from that country's interior expressed his opinion in a disgusted manner. "The last thing this great nation needs is to start a war,whether it be nuclear or not, with other nations."
"This is utter and complete bulll..." announced another Inaunan.
Inauna will wait and see whether this ICBM will reap profit or sorrow.

With that command set in the information network of the United Communist States of Zvarinograd, several Kotterdam technology anti-ballistic missle missles streaked towards it's target, the stray Peacekeeper I ICBM. Now was the time to see if the work that the country has, for so long toiled ceaselessly, is worth it's weight.

It might not matter in a few seconds, as my ABM missles might just intercept it, if it works.

Meanwhile, back at Mission Control at the Inaunan Space Agency:

Supervisor of Defense Thomas Vick looks on at the monitors as the Peacemaker rocket reaches its designated orbit.
"Mr. Supervisor,designated orbit has been acheived." says one operator.
"Well done, ladies and gentlemen. I commend for a job well done" says Vick.
Cheers and roars of applause go up inside Mission Control as ISA Director Wesley Jackson looks on with pride.
"All right people, our main objective has been completed. Its time to splash this flying bucket" says Jackson.
"Initiate re-entry and burn procedures and get the birds ready for takeoff."
"We're going hunting" "Its time for target practice" announces Supervisor Vick to the technicians and operators in the control room.
A short moment later, Vick gives out the call to start the expiremental aerial ICBM hunter test.
