President Kurlej is giving goverment funds to help construct the F/C-Bass. He says that this would greatly boost our tourist industry. And so he is donating 75 billion to the cause. With that money it should be able to support our cause. Construction will begin at 3:45 P.M.

Construction has begun. Plans for construction work like so. 1 large piece of metal is constructed then brought into a bay once done. once all 500 pieces are done construction begins on top of them.
