GCON or A Corp suspected in car bombing in capital

After a long recovery from attacks from the DSRO, the capital, Za-Breg was finally re-built. The economy began to soar, and people began to pour back into the city. Until another wave of car bombings hit. At first, Euroslavic police suspected the DSRO again, but certain evidence points to GCON or A Corp, although, we can't specify exactly who it was. The first car bomb went off right outside the Renaissance Center in downtown Za-Breg, killing 43 and injuring over 200 people. The second car bomb, which went off only 5 minutes later at the Zeinsburg Corporation Building, killed 26 people and injured 92. A new wave of fear has swept across the city as people flock to other, safer places, leaving Za-Breg is a state of shock and confusion. Euroslavic Imperial Troops have entered the city and have enforced martial law, and a curfew of 9pm. More information will be told after the investigation takes place...

we thank you for your support and accept your detachment of police to help keep everyone under martial law. we hope that in the future, our relations will improve. There is much that I would enjoy to learn about McLeod03. Maybe a conference of some sort?

This terrorist action is condemned and condolences to your people for the damage done to property and deaths incurred. It could the DSRO, A Corp/GCON anti-UN mob or even the GLA.

All of these are possible now. I admit, Euroslavia has made many enemies, but it also has a great amount of allies. We thank you for your condolences, and hope that we can figure out who did this.
