first u need to buy weapons and stuff if you are human if not then descibe your species.
Once you have done that find some one you dont like find a good reason to attack and then declair war ;)

check on our region. then decide if we will care. our region is entirely self-sustaining, with multiple nations over 500 million pop. NOT SCARED

Everyone, here is what we'll do. Gather every nation you can and have them all come to this thread and fire the ignore cannon at TFU. (I already did quite a while ago) This way, he'll have no one to RP with.

He'll ignore everything that happens to his army. Like some good RP poster says he launches an attack at TFU, s/he get like couple thousand dead/injured and then he ignores it and launches an attack. Personally he should either attack and not ignore or ignore and not attack. A lot more people would be happier.
