This Is the Oblivion II, it was build with a large support by my region, a large number of weapon cames from the blueprints of other states, like the nuclear engines and the satellite-control tech

Name: Oblivion II
Class: Tyrannic
Made in: Zaandhaven, Armed Republic of Lioy
Length: 130 mt
Width: 20 mt
Height: 10 mt
Weight: 9,470 tons surfaced, 13,564 submerged
Crew: 15 officials, 60 technicians and sailors
Equipment: 10 forward torpedo tubes, 10 VLS tubes, 15 AA Missile Tubes
Weapons Carried: 45 Seaskimmer Anti-ship Missiles or 45 Swordfish Torpedoes, 15 Tomahawk or Bushwacker Missiles, 15 Sound-bomb missiles (Oxygean and Methane, thanks Rotara), 10 High-Yield Quantum Bomb-missiles (thanks Adaptus Astrates)

Engines: 3 Pwr nuclear engines (thanks to my Region)
Speed: 50+ kn
Hull: build with RAM (radar-Adsorbing Material) tech (thanks to my Region)
Countermeasures: 2 internal launcher (reloadable 2-barrel), 11 external launchers
Cost: $6,5 billion

YOu know that no-one uses RADAR underwater, so RADAR-absorbant material will be useless unless you are surfaced.

People use SONAR to detect things which are underwater. Radio-waves don't really travel through water.

the High-Yield Quantum Bomb-missiles (thanks Adaptus Astrates) can be launch only by surfaced

I hate to intrude and correct your ship, ... it really is nice However if you look at all subs you will notice that the surface speed is much greater then the submerged speed. For example the German U-Boats during WWII were 4-5 knots slower then the sub-chasers when submerged.
However they were 2-3 knots faster then the sub-chasers when on the surface. An interesting fact that causes it was that the sub has to displace less water to move forward on the surface then submerged. Less water, Less energy required. I don't know what kind of special mods you have on the sub to be sure that that is the case with your sub. (streamlining and everything) but if you would care to explain it a little better as to how it can max velocity with less resistance and a higher max velocity with more resistance. I am not accusing you of anything. I want to know how your numbers add up on this issue

maybe when the submarine is completely submerged in the waters the waters magically lose thier physical properties. Oh wait that would destroy every costal city on the planet wouldnt? A doomsday sub then huh? Its a good thing its not submerged in the pic.

Its also a good thing most of Neolunas citizens work and live in space.

I think it was strange, but look here:

PROPULSION
The main machinery consists of a VM-5 pressure water reactor rated at 190MW with a GT3A turbine developing 35MW. Two auxiliary diesels rated at 750hp provide emergency power. The propulsion system drives a seven-bladed fixed-pitch propeller.
->The propulsion system provides a maximum submerged speed of 33 knots and a surface speed of 10 knots.<-
A reserve propeller system, powered by two motors rated at 370kW, provides a speed of 3 to 4 knots. The submarine is rated for a diving depth to 600m.

Modern submarines go faster under the water than above water.

we are looking for blueprints, tech help, engineers and suggestions, so we can start the regional project of the Tyrannic II class, thanks
