The Grand Admiral of the Benician Kriegsmarine has gained approval for the construction of a number of submarines for a new U-boat fleet to patrol our region.

We are looking to purchase 10 nuclear submarines at a total cost of 4 billion Reichsmarks ($4 billion). Training would be required for our submariners and we would be happy to ship our crews to the delivering nation so they may train along the route home to Benicius. The costs would be borne by the Kriegsmarine.

We would ask to see the specifications of any model before a purchasing agreement was signed.

Five Civilized Nations, your offer involving the Challenger Class submarines is overpriced...$5 billion for one submarine is out right swindling. The most any submarine costs in dollars is $400 million. Thus, the total cost of 10 nuclear submarines as requested comes to $4 billion.

Nashcarokentalienta has recently descovered Uranium deposets. However, since we are a young contry, we have not the technology needed to use it effectivly. If you willing to provide us with the required technology and remburse us the production cost, we would be willing to create the subs in return.

400 million dollars? Are you mad? The cheapest submarine offered by Doujin is at 2.5 BILLION. I'd like to see you buy a nuclear submarine with 400 million, it costs near that just for the nuclear reactor!

You can't mass produce a vessel, they take over a year to complete.. It costs (in RL) 4.4 billion for a Seawolf Class nuclear submarine. And you are expecting them at 400 million? You, sir, are insane. And if anyone offers you a submarine for that price I will call them on godmodding.

Oh, and a Los Angeles class submarine costs 1.2 billion to build, and 25+ million per year to maintain.(That's for the 688, not the improved 688/I)

Out of mine, I take 15% out for Maintenance, 55% out for Domestic Spending, 20% inteligence spending, 10% military spending. Out of military I take out 6% for supplies and payment of soldiers, and 14% out of inteligence spending goes to supplies and payment of the inteligence agency worker people. Since my storefront only brings in 10-15% per sale(10-15% of the sale) I add that either to Military spending, or expanding the company.

A nuclear submarine is going to run 1.5 billion at the very least. Kriegsmarine, if you expect to only pay 400 million on a sub, then you're only real option is diesel. Telegram me and I'll see what kind of payment plans and discounts I can come up with, that is if you're still interested in the nuclear subs.

Doujin does have a small submarine, using a diesel-electric AIP hydrogen fuel cell system, if you are interested.. 600 million per vessel..

The Grand Admiral of the Kriegsmarine has been advised that nuclear submarines are not of benefit to the Dictatorship. Instead we would be interested in 10 Kilo Class Diesel Electrics at 400 million Reichsmarks a piece. The total as prior is 4 billion Reichsmarks.

We have found that Deisel Electrics are much quieter than nuclear submarines and are safer. The Fuhrer does not want a potential nuclear disaster on his hands. This comes also in light of more improved energy sources than nuclear available.

The Premeir would be prepared to sell deisel subs at 400 million USD a piece. I beleive we can even handle the torpedoes on that for free.Specifications on request.

The Grand Admiral wishes to convey his need is only for 10 Deisel-electric Kilos. The deal will be made at 4 billion Reichsmarks (1 Reichsmark = $1US). Full compliment of wire guided torpedos in each Kilo would be desirable and an appropriate price for these would be generous.

Benicius, I'm sorry to say this, but you are an idiot... You buy diesel-electric submarines at US$400 million... Good Nuclear Submarines cost upwards from US$1 billion. The US Seawolf Class SSN costs over a billion to build!!!
