waste levels are, we are joyus to say, none. the fusion reactor uses VERY common stuff to fuel itself (you can just shove literal dirt into the reactor, the plasma field takes the atoms in the fusion process to create energy) its effiency is mostly 500,000,000 MW, although if damaged it is reduced by half. its hard to damage, due to some structural designing.

we prefer mining the quantum vacuum
mining out space isnt very good, once youve breached the space/time continium, hell will break loose, including massive fluctuations that could destroy us all.
